Just received the same, goods despatched! I no longer want the 2 items.
On the website it says:

Why have you not refunded the delivery charge?
We only refund the delivery charge if:

you have returned an item which is faulty; or
you have returned the whole order and not asked for anything in exchange

So return the whole order, sorted.

My goods have been charged half price but my 25% no longer applied,

You cna still cancel the items if they havent been shipped, i just checked the account and it was due to be picked and again they were waiting on one item 3 pairs of socks so i cancelled them and the rest of the order will be sent out, she seemed relieved to be able to clear it from the system.

heard on the grapevine that Adams landlords have seized controll of stk in lieu of unpaid rent. I would not touch the company now with a barge pole.

Treat has grapevine news...but from a reliable source

er am confused we have only just recently had an adams store open up here?? so surely if they were in trouble they wouldnt open another store??

instore in witney where i live its buy two get one free on all sale stock. 3 pairs of boys adustable waist trousers for £8 bargain. Shame if it does go through we only have poundstretcher and mckays where i live

THe ones in Bicester and Cowey are both also closing for a re-fit although they are both advertising for a Manager - maybe they are being fitted out for the aforementioned takeover?

Anyway, I placed an order last week and it arrived yesterday, all complete and all items charged for correctly. Hope they are open for a bit, had another tenners worth of vouchers from Nectar this morning.
