strike action 30th June?

I have a flight booked from Heathrow on 30th June.
If the ballot for PCS for strike action is in favour, am I right in thinking air traffic controllers could walk out on 30th June?

As far as i have heard i throught it was teachers that were going on strike: Did not know it was airline staff also?

Basically no, ATC will not be on strike. Although some ATC employees are members of the PCS union, they are not involved in this dispute. The BBC seem to be reporting that ATC are part of it all, which is incorrect.0
