    Hi.

I thought I'd say hello since this is my first post in this forum. I've just started in the world of Mystery Shopping. So far so good although I suppose proof readers will quickly spot me as a new guy. Anyway, I'm not sure I'll be a prolific poster in here but I'm quite normal and friendly.

    Honest. :)

Welcome on board ! Not sure how well you'll fit in if this is true. As you'll have read over the last few days "normal" posters are few and far between on here!

Well, normal in the respect that I'm not some creepy internet stalker crazy guy, sort of thing. I suppose my significant other would disagree with my normal self-label.

IMS are conveniently ignoring my emails regarding extra payment for the Mexican food planogram checks I did for them last month. After 45 minutes, the per-hourly rate increased. I have been given some extra payment, but not at the agreed rate as per the brief. What is most telling is that I have been given two different amounts for two calls when I spent the exact same amount of time extra in store (20 minutes).

No doubt when someone finally does respond/take my call, it will be their oh-so-delightful manager, who will avoid actually dealing with the issue at hand with his bullying and put-down tactics.
I had the same problem! I must have phoned them 4 or 5 times now and just got told "We're sorting it", but when I got paid they hadn't sorted it at all.

I got paid the same amount for a 45 minute call as a 1 hour 10 minute call, but for a 40 minute call they decreased the pay . So they've obviously never heard of swings and roundabouts.

Good Lord. Some of the allocators are RE are so bloody thick. If you explain something in detail, why the hell do they not understand it? I even told him how I felt when I could not complete the visit! Are they and the proof readers all bloody numpties or what?

I agree...I have had it with them all bloomin day. Eventually I have copied and pasted an email telling me that the site does NOT require a photo...Grhhh...I am so flamin annoyed and got better things to do with my time than answer inane queries over and over again..rant over!!

Fetch me a pizza love and you have a deal. ;) I'm well starving. This new look diet thing is not going good!

Well funny you should say that as I've actually just made pizzas for dinner!! In the oven as we speak!! Not so sure my other half would give his up for you though, worth asking I suppose!!

I did actually get a gift voucher in the post the other day from the Gap Pizza place in response to a complaint I made. Not on a MS of course, but when we went there as 'normal people' and it was a shambles. Had to sit outside as they had no record of our booking, which was fine as it was sunny, but then we were completely forgotten about.
By the time I went back in to remind them we were there there was 2 members of staff who blatantly know I'm a MSer, and I could see the panic on her face as I was complaining! Thought I might as well fire off an email to them, then forgot all about it till I got a letter and gift card in the post from the area manager. :D:D:D
