I like these jobs but also think its a bit daft. 2 min to place a bet. 2 min to check loo's 11 minutes to fanny about as though you want to be there...

So yes. 15 minutes it is. :o

Are the catalogue and garden/painting/crisps/drinks shops as complicated as they appear on the ABAI paperwork? The catalogue one is giving me a headache. Never done either of them before and possibly gonna cancel them too.

No, they are fine. The garden/food store is probably more stressful than the cats one.

  • The homewares/food one isn't complicated at all - it looks like it should be but its no diff to the TNS Supermarkets or GR Supermarkets - diff departments to visit, purchase to make and then writing it up. There is more comment style answers that those other ones, but its still not bad. I enjoy them :)

I think the Cat shops look worse though

Are the catalogue ones the ones the 2 visit purchase and return ones? If so, they are a bit of a palarvour as there is several little bits to them to check and ask, but they're not all that bad once you actually do them tbh.

Obviously because you have to go back a certain time after the first part, they're not ideal as filler jobs, or lunch hour jobs. I've done them when I've got a few jobs in the town that I can do in between, or one of my locals is right next to a nice big park so my little one could have a run about and play!!

What I find a pain is that the things you have to buy are always big and you have to carry it round with you for an hour while you do other jobs.

Thanks BERBASTRIKE, POLYTHENE GIRL and MONKEYNUT for the responses. I'm not bothered for long comments, I could happily write an essay for each question. It's just with 1 of the 2 catalogue shops I have picked up, they normally have 2 members of staff. How I am supposed to ask numerous questions to 2 people and not look obvious is beyond me!

MISSSARALEIGH, I'm possibly gonne drop the catalogue shop near where you work. If you want it, pm me, and I will drop so you can pick up straight away.

Awww sweetie, loads of love to you. Benj who is also on here works his butt off, he is a full time mysterious shopper but has no kids, so he works all day and almost all night.

Hope your number of shops/audits picks up.

I know how hard he works! Our areas kind of overlap so we alert each other to jobs.

My youngest starts full time school on Wednesday, so ideally I'd like enough work to fill 9am-3.15pm, and then easy reports to type up after 8pm when she's in bed :D

Picked up a bowling job for tomorrow though with food included, so the bairns are happy about that, and a posh restaurant on Thursday, so me and my Mam are going to be ladies who lunch and hopefully I'll turn silver the day afterwards :D
Here I go again on my own....
