  • I love these jobs. It's quite easy to do a route of 15-20 in a day and the reports aren't too bad either. Makes a nice daily rate if you can get enough, and as soon as you tell the staff you're the mystery shopper they drop everything to help you. I can be in and out within 10-15 minutes :j
Same here, I picked up 10 to do next week. I love these jobs.

Unbelievable attitude!! You're freelance, you can do whatever the hell you want. They only call me once every six months or so. They rang me day before yesterday and offered me two jobs which are about 7 miles away and I said "no" as I'm not going that way in the next few days so it's not worth the hassle. She was a bit uppity with me too and said in a threatening way "Well, I'll have to call someone else then!". So what? Go and call someone else, see if I care, I don't want to do the job anyway.

Has anyone seen the fee for the REACT job regarding the shop with no colour? They want us to do all that for that miniscule fee? Are they crazy? There's two in my area and I'm not doing them. Some desperate shopper can grab them if they want.

    Ooooooh mysterious girl ;)

I'm surprised they have not text me yet. It's the third month since I last did the men's shirts shops and they always give me all 3 in Leeds. Easy money they were, oh well.

I would have done the coloured shop on REACT but I am not a lady so I cannot apply. Boohoo. The travel fee would have come in grand today as I am off to eat in a bit.

Are you on SECRET EATING MG? They had a fishy posh restaurant in Manchester on this morning for platinums.

Can't get to Platinum as everything gets snapped up in my area by the silver, gold and platinum diners. I've only done 2 in the last 2 yrs. Never, ever anything left for me. Boo hoo.

Really? The available assignment I'm looking at says there are 127 questions, which sounds like a lot to me! But then I can't see the questionnaire - is it mostly yes/no-type checkboxes?

I'm also reluctant to pick up the one in my area as it's in quite a dodgy area, and I can imagine I'd have quite some problem with the bit where you need to ask another customer a few questions...

Get your rear over to Leeds and me and you can have some fun, eating posh food and what not. I can even bring Alan Carr along if you want me to ;):p;)

Yes, they are mostly yes/no checkboxes. You just have to write a quick sentence if you put No for anything. The questionnaire tells you what to write though, and it just repeats the question back so a bit unnecessary IMO :o

To get off bronze you have to travel. I went pretty much all over Scotland for a few months to get to platinum. Easy then cos you get first dibs :)

Just had a look at React out of curiosity. Who does these???? i mean really?

(now thinking i may have moved up a step! once upon a time as a newbie i would have taken this without understanding why they are so bad. feeling a little more expereinced not lol) :D
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

That sounds not so bad then, just copy and paste for a lot of answers that do require a sentence :D

What about the part where you need to ask another customer some questions? Like I said, it's a bit of a rough estate where my local one is, and I can imagine most responses I'd get would be unprintable here! Getting someone to actually stop for 30 seconds and give me some decent answers could be the bit that takes a while...
