Though when I missed a receipt, I got a personal reply within 12 hoursQuote:

A: Try looking at the email that says 'Your job is now confirmed' , click on the link half way down, then you can see the code on the bottom of the questionnaire - it is a 4-figure number. If this doesn't work you will have to contact them to ask for it.
From the first postOh yes! (I haven't read the first page for about six threads...)
The only problem is: I now get "The assignment number you have entered is not valid." when doing that. That may well be after I tried to enter it 3 times, with a hope of breaking their system... and becoming locked out.
I did the same thing at the weekend and had deleted the confirmation email so couldn't access the notes that way either.
So what I did, was accept ANOTHER random job with a due date in the next day or 2, waited for the confirmation to come through, clicked on the link for THOSE briefing notes, then in the address bar, replaced the job number with the job number I was doing - hey presto I got the right notes and found the number. I then cancelled the random job and did the report.
Of course, I'm not advocating the selection and immediate cancellation of jobs willy-nilly, but it was an emergency, and it worked for me .......We’ve had to remove your signature. MS has just earned me a nice bonus. Because I now have to tax returns, I done my recent one, and a repayment is owed to me of over £300 (it makes sense, I've just never really knew about tax before). This is a system account and does not represent a real person. If you think you may have overpaid tax in the past, you can claim that back too. I think the limit is 5 or 6 years ago. When I found out that I had been overpaying tax for a few years I sent a letter to my tax office, one per year, detailing what jobs I'd had, what dates I'd worked, how much I'd earned, and how much tax I'd paid. Then around 6 weeks later, refund!0 -
I had the most dreadful experience at Thurrock Lakeside Debenhams, trying to return an item under distance selling (for a survey). I have never been treated so shoddily and this was by the manager! They point blank refused to take the item even though all the paperwork and website stated I could return it to store. Eventually I called their customer services and despite them saying that had to take it back they still wanted to refuse. This was all done publicly and it is a long time since I have been treated quite so rudely. Suffice to say I will no longer be buying my Christmas cosmetics, clothing etc ever ever again from Debenhams. Oh how I wish I was MSing them because if that is how they treat their customers they will lose business.
On the contrary I also returned something to House of Fraser, polite, cheerful, helpful and nothing was too much of a problem. No Matter what you do there will be critics.0 -
