Hi Everyone, I am looking for a little advice for a newbie if you could please?
How do you deal with returning items you have bought as a mystery shop when there is no reimbursement, and it does not state that you can't return it? I have done quite a few shops in the same department store for Abai now and as they are expensive items I need to return them, but having done it three times now I swear I got a funny look last time I had to give my address- Is there a record of it? If so I am starting to look like a mystery shopper- or total pain, either way it's not good- how do you all get around this? I have two to return today so thought I would get some tips from the experts. Thanks in advance everyone- this forum is great :-)

Could you give someone else's address this time? (parents, a friend, etc)

I know, it's daft. But they are are rather nice to stay at - stayed at one for a special offer a few years ago of £99 for the night including dinner and a free cocktail at the bar (it was on a bottle of gin I bought...)

If I ever get upto gold with TMDC I would like to do some hotel visits. Do they come up often?

They had a big project with a budget hotel chain a few months back that everyone had a chance o do - it helped a bunch of us climb up from bronze. This is the first time I've seen any other hotels and I've been platinum for about 3 months.

I'm so keen to get visits I'll soon need to drag the dog out for dinner, only I don't even have a dog!

I always give a dead address. If they say they can't find it, say its a new estate. I also try and pay with cash as much as I can if the item is not too expensive. How did you manage to get so many visits for the one store? Usually only limited to 1 per shopper! Did you take all the Traff centre ones? None left when I tried to get some.
