Damn, I think I know which one this is! It was one of my favourite TERN assignments, one of the last with a decent fee.

Has anyone ever had trouble with a GfK test? They just rang me with an urgent visit and I accepted, but now I cannot pass the bloody test. I've checked the briefing notes, I've submitted different combinations of answers, and I really absolutely can't do it.

Some of the GfK tests are very odd - occasionally, a right answer seems to bear no relation to the briefing document. GfK can be very understanding, though. I have phoned them in the past about tests. If you do ring, have the test and briefing in front of you!

I miss the days when everyone just used IE and there wasn't the problem of which browser to use!

No, it was just a headache for web designers like me, in the very early days, when people used either Netscape Navigator or IE, both had very different ways of interpreting code.

Thankfully things have moved on in the last 15 years or so.

Hi all, back from my holiday! Give me a shout if you need me!

    Max

Hello Max. Hope it was a good holiday and Helion behaved itself without you.

If you go back a page or two there was a query while you were off having fun. A few people had concerns about your previous experience page for hotel visits. We aren't supposed to discuss our work with third parties, and your sign up form has questions that breach that - asking for hotel names, MS co.s and a full report (which some other company has paid us for!)

Can we have your take on it please? I for one would love to be considered for this work, but have real concerns about this form.

    Impact Mystery Shopping

    Don't know which :D
I get what i want. That isn't because i'm a brat or spoilt. It's because i'm determined, i work hard for it and i achieve my goals!

    Hi Weeg,

Yes thanks, it was very nice to be in sunny Lewes for a few weeks and the team behaved very well from what I know anyway ;-)

I have been informed of this and I have been told that we have asked for this to tell the real hotel shoppers from the ones that would just like to do it. So you can either add a real sample of a report, taking out names etc. or you make one up from your experiences.

We found that lots of people stated they completed hotel shops in their profile but actually never did ;-)

I hope this helps and just shout if you need any more details.

    Thanks
