Landing is now cleared and vacuumed
Squeak sat on the floor with a massive plate of pasta OH left.. she is happy!
DD1's clothes sorted so her drawers look wonderful.. and I reclaimed everyone elses clothes from her cupboard!!!

Sorted my clothes that don't fit into a large crate.. so I have a box less in my room and an empty bucket I can fill with toys in the girls room as I sort stuff from one box to another.

I have bought the children new mattresses so hopefully we can sort all those on Tuesday/Wednesday.

Doglover.. I don't think I can sit still.. Apparently, according to an online survey thing I have ADHD (Maybe without the H bit lol) which might explain my obsessive behaviour a bit. we have lived here 6 years and the girls room has not been decorated yet.. and last year when I did 4 bedrooms, the kitchen and the hall sair and landing I promised them I would do theirs this year.. and as Squeak is going in there before the baby arrives I have to get it done... they are away the first week in August so I AM geting it decorated then and after that I'll sort the baby stuff

I read back but can once again remember absolutely nothing!

Have had a lovely weekend in the sunshine, walked for a few miles yesterday with my sisters, brother and niece - am hoping all the exercise will mean baby is fully engaged when I have my 37 week MW appointment on Weds :D

Got my cousin to paint my nails yesterday too so I didn't have to kill myself bending over trying to do it and am having my hair done Tuesday so hoping my pregnancy glow may finally appear then!

Big hugs and labour vibes to those who want them! Can't believe my baby is due this month

    Morning all....

Busy weekend here. Hobbit was working all weekend, so I was left to my own devices- never a good idea. I tidied and cleaned on Sat, took DSD to the park when I'd picked her up. Three hours of playing on slides and swings- my hips are knackered now....
Sunday, looked at my car door lock which has seized- hard trying to get to it as bump kept getting in way. Then cleaned out a few choice cupboards- hotpress, cupboard in DSD's room, and above fridge. Above fridge is where everything gets tossed when Hobbit's panicking and trying to tidy before someone comes over, hotpress is general junkyard, and DSD's cupboard must be a TARDIS- she's giving it to Hitchhiker, and everything in it is old toys, and is to be dumped or given to charity.... I would post the photo I took of it, was completely astounded at the levels of junk in it.

Two hours later, after optomistically gutting every cupboard and piling everything on the floor, I regretted it. DSD's cupboard alone has so far wielded 4 binbags of rubbish (including a bowl of sugar? Not sure why- she knows she isn't allowed food in her room), and even this morning, it's still waist-high.....

Bit annoyed, as Hobbit and DSD are sentimental and will keep crap forever, whereas I generally tidy when they're not around, and dump things I know have no meaning or use.... Tonight will be another binbag night, I think.

Today, paying for being active over the weekend- my hips feel as if they're trying to reposition somewhere a few feet either side of my body, and my back is killing me...... :)

Puzzled, what's going on at your work? Everything alright?

Moooooornnniiing!!! Sounds like anbusy weekend for some f you. I'm desperate to clear out all out cupboards but haven't ha a free day in months. I'm hopeful that nesting will kick in in about 3 weeks when I have some free time. My weekend was absolutely perfect with old friends, a wedding and a christening. Being over 30 weeks now and with the warm weather I'm really starting to slow down. Work feels like such a chore. 23ish days left for me but spread over quite a while as using up holiday here and there.

Oooooh owwww. Just as i was reading some scare stories about transverse lying babies this morning, I think he decided to start turning. He gets so far, bashes into my ribs but then slides back down to sideways.

Twi1ight... try getting on all fours and rocking to shift baby... failing that a torch at the bottom of your tummy and a bag of frozen something on the top shifts them.. and failing that bottom end up on the sofa or bed and top end on the floor... that shifts them too... brilliant with breech babies! But they can turn right up to being in labour and even in abour so don't panic too much about a tranverse yet! Mine has been as low in my pelvis as it can get from day one.. head down pushing right on my cervix so it does actually feel like it is going to fall out... and again we are back to back.

I have huuuuge amounts of back and hip pain today.. I am drugged and it hasn't touched it.. so if it is going to hurt it may a well hurt properly and I'll go play with laundry and do some flinging in the girly room.. and measure up the door for the cupboard and the boys room.
