  • I got something on prescription from the GP for my heartburn, no idea what its called but the tablets are the size of horse tranquilizers! Seems to work though but I still need to pour Gaviscon down my neck before bedtime otherwise I wake up burning!

No baby news yet? Come on you lot in labour, push!!! lol :D

Well ladies. I have just got back from my first aquanatal class.

Had a good time, i think there was more gossiping than actual exercise going on! Ive been to real aquarobics once before and really felt like i'd had a serious workout but this time i just feel nice and happy and relaxed. MW said to go to help my back ache and so far so good.

Taking hubby to the couples class on a weds evening next week! See how that goes. :-)

Hope everyone in labour today have some healthy happy babies very soon!

Wonder what ladies did before indigestion tablets...

chalk, charcoal, milk.. and they were more active had less fatty diets so there probably wasnt the problems we have!

DD3 packed for her trip.. just needs toiletries and outdoor stuff but is otherwise sorted..

I keep checking back here for news, even though I know it's still too early!

I found with the little bit of heartburn I had (sorry!) the mint choc chip ice lollies helped.... I had a few occasions in the last few weeks. DH has been warned- there is a shelf in the freezer full of yummy stuff for me, and I'm not sharing. Ever. (Maybe if he's been really nice....)
