  • ah Twinkle, thank goodness they checked before starting things!! I've very surprised they suggested turning baby at this stage or breech birthing  How exciting that you will have your baby tomorrow!!!

Good luck to everyone being induced tomorrow. Sounds like there will be at least 3 births tomorrow!!! :T

I had my active birthing class today in the home from home wards. The rooms are amazing, huge baths, sofa beds for the OH's to stay overnight, if they want to. Even flat screen TVs. Just hope I get into one now, I'll be so disappointed if are are full up! Apparently the Ulster and Royal are very busy due to Lisburn changing from maternity to midwife led care.

I posted earlier asking for arguments then forgot about it and it got lost lol! So posting this again - any ideas anyone? This is what I wrote:

Right heads together time! I'm seeing my consultant on the 29th and going to argue about getting an early c-section. Seeing midwife (friend) on Monday so want to go through my arguments with her! So lets have some ideas please that might make him change his mind. I think the problem is, he's a consultant that's been sent from the main hospital to our little hospital to do the clinic and I'm not convinced he's got any 'powers'! With my previous one who I saw at the main hospital, she didn't want me to try for a natural due to baby's size.

So come on arguments please - want a big list!! PP you'll be good at this one :)

Just to add - I am getting a c-section but they won't do it til 41 weeks. New hospital policy. I AM NOT going to be late again!!!!!
