Can I just ask if anyone has any experience of having baby in an area they were no longer living in? I'm pretty sure OH and I will be moving house in the next 2 months or so but I want to continue my care here and have baby here as planned.
If anyone's done it, how has it worked for you?0 -
Delain, sorry to hear that, I know what it's like to have a controlling mum but it sounds like you have been through alot, must be hard to cope with such criticism given her background with you guys. You do what is best for you I am sure it's exactly what's needed as opposed to her awful comments.
jcr chin up hun and hopefully the midwife will help, also make sure you take care of yourself as you can't do everything for everyone, I know it's hard when people expect you to be the one that sorts stuff but you are going through enough already. Big hug x
PigPen I like the idea of the 'accidentally' dropping it in a sweet cup of tea...:):)

Labour vibes Mrss hopefully the niggles will start again - are you attempting other eviction techniques?
mirrorimage apparently you should sleep on your left side as that allows optimal bloodflow to the placenta - however at the moment, I sleep any way I can - every second of sleep is precious so I can't be worrying about what way Im sleeping!
Im sure I came online to say something but I can't for the life of me remember what that is.....work is finished now so at least I no longer need to worry about saying stupid things to people on the phone:happylove DD July 2011:happyloveAug 13 [STRIKE]£4235.19[/STRIKE] £2550.00 :cool:0 -

WEll midwife gave me a full mot, lol. can find nothign wrong, well nothing that isn't normal. but that doesn't mena the sharpe braxton hicks and very tearful aren't there.
i felt awful as she asked when baby last moved and i had no idea. i could only remember last night. but his heart beat as strong. however she said if i notice any chance to his movements to go up to the unit. i'm 32 weeks tomoz and i'm measureing 31 so perfect. baby is still head down.
as for the bad headaches i'm getting, so told me to drink even more. but if they contiune or if the dizzy spells/shootign stars continue go and see the doc.she said are u under any stress as that could be causing it. so maybe all the family probs are getting to me more than i thought.
so i feel a bit of a pain of no real signs of anything, but it nice to know all ok.
i've got my scan on tuesday which i'm really looking forward to. i can't wait to see my baby again. i boguht some newborn socks yesterday and they are so tiny i almost cried and just thought i so want our son here right now ( well i don't i want him where he is to grow big and strong , but you know what i mean).
i made a taggie blanket on wednesday
and i'm gonna hopefully make another tonight or do some more crocheing.
i sorted out my sewign box and i'm gonna make another felt toy. i made this the other night
trying to keep busy but with relaxing stuff so i don't give myself any more pains or anything.
thanks for listening to me waffle on, nice to have a let off sometimes.0 -
Niggles have started again and had another couple of shows, one really bloody and one like blood stained jelly (sorry if TMI). Been for a walk. About to have a bath as I just feel I want to freshen up! Then will be bouncing on my ball whilst we watch the season finale of Glee recorded on the Sky+.

Well I'm back from the MW appointment - saw a different one to the one I've been seeing recently. She measured bubs and had a good feel around and said he was measuring exactly right for 32 weeks also he is head down.:j She also said I had some of the best stomach muscles she's ever come across - I am SHOCKED at this since I haven't been to the gym for months but I guess I did go a lot before I got pg. But don't be thinking I'm some skinny minny coz I'm really not!! I like my food too much
Love your sewing Jcr. I wish I could do that sort of thing but I'm too impatient. Hope you're feeling a bit better now
