Help Me To Call Bangladesh Mobile Cheaper

i'm using O2 pay&go favrt place minute with the tele discount/teletop/topup call/super call/global call/chepar talk/ etc cost of just £0.01p to £0.0250p per minute. but they all increas there call rates . can anyone help me to make free/cheap calls to bangladesh mobile from uk mobile .
as for now , m using Topupcall which cost of £0.02p/min with the connection fee of 5p
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP ME
