I had been looking for the last 2 weeks, both on line and in the shops and found nothing. Saw another thread on this site which suggested Morrisons and Sainsburys and managed to get one from Morrisons in Boroughbridge. They had a few.

Might be worth trying the supermarkets.
    Waddle you do eh?

very nice just think of all the mse's that are pulling there hair including me looking for the childs christmas present and scroats like you are buying up two to make a profit........

lets hope you make someone happy and sell it for what you got it for but i doubt that very much................!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

There are also many people on eBay looking for a child's xmas present too. As my local sainsbury's do not take orders for delivery world wide than you could argue that i am giving others an opportunity to buy.
The western world is based on capitalism....Deny it if you wish but i am sure you would do the same if you had the chance.

I don't suppose you will be pleased when i tell you i managed to clear them out today by buying another 7.

By selling them on i have made a small profit that allowed my to give my daughter her own Wii at no cost to myself......is this not on topic for MSE?
I managed to save my self £200!!
TESCO R&R was so much fun!.. Over a grand made!

I collected the one I reserved online yesterday from Argos at Kingsgate East Kilbride this afternoon. It was quite a scary experience. The store was mobbed and when the Wii was brought out into view there were mutterings and I felt a whole shopfull of eyes on me as I went up to collect it. The assistant who packed it up even asked how I had managed to get one as they'd not had much stock for weeks. I was worried I may get mugged on the way back to the car! I guess I just got lucky, but it did take me all week to find one. Good luck to everyone still hunting.

I also asked in Comet if they had any and the assistant there told me they have closed their waiting list as they are overdue a delivery of 20 and can't fulfil the pre-orders they have.

have you seen the views on this topic over 21000 imagine if half of them are looking for a wii and you have snapped up 9 in total and eight of them you have made a profit off and of them eight they have two or more children in that house.
so what ever profit you have made of them parents that in effect could have took another present from one of there other children

and no im not against anybody making profit and thats why i drive a CLS but to possibly deprive a child of a christmas present then thats crossing the line
need to have a lightbulb moment

My friend works in Woolworths and they have just received a load of new stock. He's on a late shift tonight ringing the people on their list to see if they want to order one over the phone. Apparently you can get one for £160 because there is a 10% off promotion from the catalogue. You're supposed to have a flyer for it - but if you're on the phone they don't ask for it.

    HTH someone
