Just thought id let you all know i had ordered one from great universal in august (as i knew this would happen). Anyways got a phone call from them yesterday to tell me it doesnt look like im gonna get it before christmas :mad: Apparantely there is "a national shortage" from nintendo.

Why do they aways do this

Keep checking Boots website as approx a week ago they had no stock so i kept checking daily then they came back in stock (but almost immediately sold out), I was lucky as I checked when they just came back in stock and ordered it, my parcel arrived yesterday
Also if you go via boots.com dont forget codes for extra points.

got one from Play.com this week for hubbys 50th on weds-he has never shown interest in any of the games consels before and goes on about it!we are all looking forward to weds to playing it!!!!!!!!Didnt realise they were going to be in short supply.

I managed to get one at my local Sainsburys today - East Kilbride. Tried yesterday too - this one was delivered last night but they only got the one in.

I had tried every supermarket /shop in a 20 mile radius yesterday and was beginning to panic but just got lucky. The chap at the Hamilton Asda said that stock is coming in on Saturday morning but they are not sure what stores will be allocated them so worth a phone call to find out.

Thank god, got one tonight at Ipswich morrisons! Bloke in there said they've got about 15 left! he said he didn't know there was a problem getting them! Got to go now, busy bowling! lol

I have just ordered one from the Dabs.com website.

It says that they will be in stock in 3 - 4 weeks time.

It costs 186.99 inc postage but Quidco give cashback of 3%

Thanks to this site - I got one in Morrisons at Boroughbridge yesterday, they had a few left. I would never have throught of Morrisons.

I will have a happy 7 year old on christmas day!
