not sure if its already been mentioned (really dont want to read over 10 pages) but if your looking for a new mobile contract and arent after a particular handset go through the link (£35 cashback through quidco also) as they do offers for free wii's

I just swapped to orange for an 18 month contract with more mins/text that what i was currently on (only diff was i went from 12 month to 18 month) i got a phone that i dont want (selling on ebay for extra money) AND the wii was delivered along with the phone

i used to be skeptical about these offers but its the same tarriff a lot of other outlets are offering so its not like i'm paying more for the line rental.
  • But where should I buy it from, At the moment cheapest I can think of is 179.9 from Dixon then 5% off if I buy on Egg card. Does anybody think the price will drop soon?
  • I'm also looking to buy a Wii, so far I think the best deal is working out at simply games for £175 + free delivery, and if you go through quidco you get £7 cashback meaning it is £168 - although there are a few other retailers that you can buy Wii's from through quidco, has anyone found any better deals? Studio is one of them, am I right in thinking that you also earn commission directly from them and if so does anyone know how much? Thanks :)
  • Has anyone used http://www.gamechimp.co.uk?

They have the Wii listed at 169.99 with free postage. The games are all very cheap too so I'm a bit wary.

Wii play (with extra controller) for 27.99.

Sounds too good to be true.

Never come across Gamechimp but we bought at Gamestation last weekend for £179.99 which including Wii Sports, controller and Nunchuck (sp?). Aslo at same time you could but a variety of games at about £20 each if purchased at the same time as the Wii. Make sure you get out Geddit card at the same time - it is the gamestation loyalty card and awards points for nothing and my son ended up with around £4.80 of credit as he had spent £280 or so. Every little helps....
Hope this is of some use.
  • I got no reply to my request for information from Gamechimp.

All I can find out from the whois lookup is that the domain was registered to this address:

    Unit 909-1, Tai Tung Building
    Fleming Road
    Wanchai, Hong Kong
    Hong Kong
    HONG KONG
    HK

I'm steering clear but you'll have to make your own minds up as to wether it's work the risk.
