Why not let it go and move on to the next one.
It is not false advertising it was a pricing error and the company are giving refunds and letting you keep the cards thats better than some of the other pricing errors we see on here where they just refund you and thats it.
Wasting your time on this when you could be doing other things with your time have a good read through the board there has been many errors like this and some you win some you lose.
All very well saying it's a pricing error but for 3 consecutive days with the price being re-adjusted in between those times suggests otherwise.
The company have not mentioned to me they are refunding anything. Thus far I've been conned. The company are clearly in breach of the terms and conditions they signed up to on Amazon.0 -
We had something similar to this happen with Argos last year with a Nintendo DSi. In their T&C's it states once payment has been taken & item has been despatched you have entered into a contract with them.
We claimed breach of contract and they honoured the orders that had despatch emails.
Might be worth having a look at that old thread as we had some good legal advice from posters.

I agree with many of the comments, but for me it's all about the rules
We all agree if we take a chance on these deals and we get a cancelled email then we take it on the chin and move on
But this deal and a few other are showing that if the company does not fancy carrying on with the deal they just say it a advertsing error, send a refund and that the end, or send out 1 packet and charge us without checking with the buyer. Error ok but don't dispatch items hoping somepeople just accept the 1 packet and pay for them
We as the buyer do not get the same option, if we fail to check what we are buy tough, return it but pay for the postage.0 -

This is exactly on the ball. If the company had phoned me up and said "sorry there was a genuine error we cannot supply the cards at that price" then I would quite happily accept that.
Instead the company have taken my money and send out a quantity which clearly does not match my order.
There is a reason for T&Cs and the company are quite clearly in breach of their own T&Cs. The terms and conditions are that once a dispatch email has been sent then a contract has been formed.
I'm quite happy to pursue this one....0 -
I have to repeat that they knew exactly what they were doing. If the price was for one pack of cards why was the P&P so high.0

This company are cowboys of the highest order. They are now issuing Amazon replies giving a full refund for the reason "item not received". This despite them telling me it was posted and despite the dispatch note. How the hell do they know it has not been received?
They are breaching all sorts of rules governing Amazon terms and conditions.0
