I would request a full refund. They cannot charge you for the cards either as they are clearly guilty of false advertising. They have lured you into buying a product from them you could get for the same price elsewhere.

Perhaps someone else can advise with regards to their legal position. However my belief is that a contract is formed when the goods have been dispatched. If they have sent you the wrong quantity of goods then it is up to them to rectify.

To add further fuel to them falsely advertising the cards - the cards were on special offer Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday morning. Then put up to the correct price after luring in customers. Once may be a mistake but three times doesn't wash.

It will be quite clear on your order that you have ordered a box and not a packet. If they have dispatched some of you order then I think the contract is binding.....

I'm disappointed in the entertainers handling of this, it was quite clear what we all believed to be buying at a fantastic price. I was fully expecting to get the cancellation e-mail but to get an e-mail where they are basically forcing you too buy one pack and reimbursing postage seems little compensation. Would it have hurt to give a full refund and send single packs as a token gesture, I think not!

Anyway await reply from my rant to them tomorrow.
It only takes a second to say thanks!

I had a rant. They were very good and replied within 10 mins saying they would refund everything. And I can keep the cards.

Don't forget to leave seller feedback on the amazon site if you aren't happy. I've not had any contact at all yet, I'm sure it will come soon

you get 1 shiny about every 2 packs
you get 6 cards in 1 pack
there's over 145 cards to collect
    including 2 limited edition ones
    Iggy 100 100
    lady googoo
    wurley 101 101
    and many more...
there are even funny cards like

Well my 4 "boxes" have shipped overnight. I'm assuming I will also get single packets. This was obviously a misprice on their part that like others have said occurred for three days running. The orders should have all been cancelled and refunded. To send out a different product in the hope we wouldn't complain is disgusting. It is blatent false advertising that will be reported to Amazon. I emailed The Entertainer yesterday as soon as I saw the first report of single packets to confirm exactly what we had ordered. Strangely, there's been no reply as yet to that message :/

I was waiting until the email was sent to me. I have since received the email saying my order (which is clearly for a box) has been dispatched. According to Amazon's terms and conditions the contract comes into action when that email is received.

I will wait patiently for the first part of my order to arrive before taking it up with the entertainer to fulfill the contract they are bound to.

Replied to e-mail telling them to cancel, have since had a despatch e-mail so now look forward to receiving my 3 packets. As it clearly states a box of 36 on our contract under Amazon does this have to be honoured or can they still just cancel and refund?
