Just a thought. By them refunding in full and telling us to keep the cards that have been sent, is that in a way offering some form of compensation and by us accepting them we waive any more rights?
I spoke to somebody and was offered this and told them that I didn't accept.

I've put my complaint into writing.

I've just received this from Amazon. Don't really think it counts for much. I think the complaint should fall firmly at the door of The Entertainer

This is what I will be doing the moment I receive my order and it does not match exactly the contract both parties committed to.

I also have a voice message from The Entertainer on my phone that tells me they knew what my order was. ;)

I did think The Entertainer might be a small family company and I'd have let it go. But they are not so it's time to dig out the trenches for some warfare and think about the next move.

Right, I have sent the mother of all complaint emails. I'm not expecting a pleasant reply. Think I need a cup of tea now lol

Sorry, I went and did a water change in my aquarium. Happy fish make me happy lol. I'm not going to post on here. I've lurked and seen too many arguments in this place. I'm sure there'll be something in my email that will annoy someone. I did mention "breach of contract" and "loss of bargain". I've always accepted when companies cancel orders so I'm not really feeling good about myself for being so mean lol

Why not let it go and move on to the next one.

It is not false advertising it was a pricing error and the company are giving refunds and letting you keep the cards thats better than some of the other pricing errors we see on here where they just refund you and thats it.

Wasting your time on this when you could be doing other things with your time have a good read through the board there has been many errors like this and some you win some you lose.
If you dont like me remember its mind over matter, I dont mind and you dont matter ;)
