To all those awaiting results, are you over the 10 price checks per month? Of the £100 total?
I had my first every "unable to find" message at the weekend, never had that with DTD. Also, Tuesdays receipt came through tonight, although no email notification.
i might have entered about 8 or 9 receipts but didnt total more than £50 -
people remember if u have receipts you are trying to check. its normally best to wait a day before getting them checked.
so doing shopping on a monday.. wait til tuesday to then check receipt.
shops computer systems have issues checking receipts same day as the database that holds the receipts is still in use adding new transactions..
leave it a day or two then ur receipt will be searched via a backup which is accessed less thus causing less issues to you and them0 -
Put my receipt through for the 3rd time today and
got the grand sum of 41pence

Put loads in yesterday. At 4pm I re entered them and every result came through. You have to manually re enter them the following day as they are no longer emailing the results through at the moment. No emails for me all week - I re-submit the details 24 hours later and the results are waiting.
