Consultation Period

Options
In consultation periods, can phase two begin before phase 1 has finished? Or does phase 1 have to be complete before phase 2 can start?

different stages of a review. so for example a big review of all finance staff, the top layer of management is phase 1, the second phase 2 etc.

can phase 2 staff begin thier consultation before phase 1 staff have completed thiers?

I thought it was a general sort of term ... oops!

What do you need to know?

I'd have to ask why? Posts on threads help others. The only good reason for a PM is if it would identify you to an employer. If the latter is true then yes you can PM - but if it isn't I won't answer because others deserve to be able to browse. Fair enough?

Completely fair enough and not a problem, it was purely for the reason of being identified.

I have no issue with posting it here, I will have to hold back on the fine details though as there could well be people browsing on here that may work in the office/organisation.

Ill post the details, or as much as I can, shortly.

Allready some info on the other thread probably best to move over there to avoid duplication.
