He says he is going now

He has done this before although we had not actually booked a holiday, but i had booked the 2 weeks off from work.

I went to the travel agents and said what is the cheapest holiday going out tomorrow, they came up with one for £99 so I booked it.

I cried my eyes out at the airport cos I didn't know anyone and I was terrified of flying, but i still went.

I had a fab time met loads of people and had loads of fun.

    But....that was 20 years ago and I used to be a size 10 :o

However, I have got a good book and I would still go if I had to

Don't worry love - there are plenty of fellers who like big birds who are getting on a bit.
Mrs Nobjocki used to be a nymph too - fortunately although she's put on a few pounds after the kids she's still a nymph only now there's an o on the end.

    Wahaaay !

    Hi everyone

just to update you all we did go on the holiday 'together' and had a great time

Thanks for all your advice made me laugh and some of it was seriously tempting, like leaving him at home!

Looking around there seemed to be quite a few people holidaying on their own
looking forward to booking the next one now :T may or may not take the other half!

    Thanks again x

Been on a few solo holidays, the only real problem is rubbing suntan lotion on your back.

    Have fun.

Buy one of those long handled back scrubbers - preferably the sponge or loofah type and put your lotion on that to cover your back as best as possible.

call his bluff next time, the moment he says 'im not going' in a hissy fit, get on the phone, in front of him, ring the travel agents and
then pass the phone to him, tell him to cancel his place personally.

    Bloody prima donna,

    i agree!!!!!!

Glad you had a good time though!
