Well done!
I'm looking forward to today's lunch already - wholemeal sub roll (10p from Asda last night) with leftovers from last night's fajitas. NOM!0 -
Hey FF, back from part one of hols and just catching up. WELL DONE on your ace weightloss and all your surveying. Can you download a kindle ap to your phone? Ive done it for mine but I think the screen is just too small, I'll have to see. I followed the links on Martins email about the Amazon sale to find mine. fantastic news on the weightloss, well done
Do you think paying for the meetings each week is helping with the motivation? since you are paying for it you want to see results?
I'm thinking that MrLurks & I should sign up for a local fat club as we arent getting anywhere on our own!!I do not make mistakes, I learn lessons.I work to live, not live to work.I love to live & live to love.Good enough is exactly that.0 -

This weekend I'm making sure that the cupboards are as stocked as they can be for the month to try and minimise the amount of time I'm "just popping to the shops" as last month I was spending £7-10 every time I did that
Thank Crunchie it's Friday anyway!
This is my biggest faux pas. My meal planning has been erratic too which has made things worse i think. I always end up picking stuff up that's on offer for the sake of it, not because i need itI am toughening up on myself this month

Speaking of popping into the supermarket....
Spending diary
Morrison - £9.83
Last night's dinner wasn't defrosted in time, so there was talk of takeaway, which I can't afford and shouldn't really eat anyway due to Fat Club. I went to Morrisons and instead spent less than a tenner on:
Stir fry for me - £1.50
Fishcakes (2 packs) - £2 these are my "Oh b*gger I forgot to take dinner out of the freezer" meal
Doughballs - £1
Pizza - £2.59 for Mr Fresian and his friend who is staying with us this weekend
Eggs - 74p
6 packs of WW crisps - £2
1 meal (stir fry, pizza and doughballs) cost us £5.09 instead of £20+ to eat from our local delicious-but-costly Chinese takeaway.
That was my only purchase yesterday which is pretty good for me :A
Today I'm off to Costco as we need cat litter, looroll and meat. I'm hoping to get out of there having spent less than £50, but we'll see! I'm also heading to Aldi for tinned tomatoes and some chicken.
Other plans for today will be packaging up my Ebay sales (3 items selling for £11.99 at the moment) and adding some of my crafting items to Facebook for sale. I can't buy more crafty supplies until I make more money :rotfl::rotfl:

I did try paying a weekly fee into a money box with the intention of raiding it when I'd lost half a stone....also had financial penalties for visiting the chocolate machine etc in an attempt to make such treats a bigger financial burden that would completelt mess up the plans for NSD........the idea was good......I just lacked the discipline!!
more research on SW & WW required.....before MrLurks is wider than he is tall!!I do not make mistakes, I learn lessons.I work to live, not live to work.I love to live & live to love.Good enough is exactly that.0 -
Spending diary
IKEA - £11.66
This was for one loo brush, three packs of spice jars (crafty storage) and four large storage jars. Not too much to spend I don't think, and my flowers/buttons look lovely in their jars
Costco - £28.88 on 48 loo rolls, a massive tray of danish pastries for Mr Fresian and a bag of cat litter.
I have no plans to spend more money today, but we'll see how that goes

No more money spent, but mainly because I was too lazy to do anything else when I got home
We took a trip down to the garage I bought Fred from as they had told us that they had given us the old tax disc, so we're now going to have to buy new tax at the end of January not October :j
I sold a few items on Ebay yesterday, not for much but every little does help as they sayI also sold a few stamps on FB, so they're all getting parcelled up today and sent away.
Most exciting news of yesterday is that Mr Fresian's sister is finally awayShe came to "clean" yesterday (if you could see the state of the carpet....!) and once she was away I moved the bed around and then started setting up my new crafting room
I will be taking photos later on and posting on FB and my blog if anyone wants a nosey. I've set the table up so it's overlooking the garden, and it's a lovely spot. I'm a happy little camper today!
We're now looking to get a dining table/chairs for the living room. I've seen a set in Ikea that I like for £90, but I'm going to check Gumtree first. May as well try and find something for £20 :rotfl::rotfl:
