Sleeping is evading me tonight
Can you remind me - at a reasonable hour of course!! - which sites you've used for selling DVDs, please? Need to scrape some spending money together for when I take my little ones away in the summer. Hoping to do a car boot next week which also helps my decluttering targetOne step at a time0 -

Well, if I'm too old for T in the Park, I'm certainly too old to stay up till 1am watching coverage on the telly
Bloomin' knackered this morning
:o
I've paid £1.13 into my mortgage overpayment account as my PAD this morning. Hopefully the Amazon money will be in sometime this week and I can make a slightly larger OP.
All the survey sites have been checked this morning but there's nothing yet, probably because it's so early - I'll check them again after work. I'm planning on heading to Harry Potter 4 tonight with my friend, but have a strong feeling that I'm going to need a nap first

They offer pennies for DVDs/CDs/games, but good if you have a lot to sell quickly. If they offered more than 50p per item, I used to check what it would sell for on Amazon as usually that meant they would sell quite well.
Thanks for that F_F, i shall have a gander.One step at a time0 -
Well done on the ISA :T
On Toluna head to your points and in the the total column it will show the total and then wither under or over it the amount and the expiry date. I think it must only show in the month they are due to expire. A friend has a kindle and the only thing that puts me off is that you cannot book share with others so will cost more in books in the long run, what does anyone else think?
Need your advice on Edinburgh - we are coming up on Friday to work and should have some time for some sightseeing on Saturday. We are staying at a hotel about 10 miles outside of Edinburgh and will have a big 4x4 truck.
Would you recommend getting a taxi in for sightseeing around the castle, Princes St area (I thik that is what it is called) and to eat on the Sat evening or is there decent parking at a good price in which you can park a big 4x4 truck? One small step for ME, one giant leap for my family!
2015 - my Amazon Gift Certificate mini challenge - saving to buy small household electrical items.
Total £9.120 -
Book sharing is part of either the last software upgrade or the coming one for the Kindle, and there are a few library services which do elending that you can sign up to online even if you live out of their area. But tbh if you're not too fussy about what books you want to read there are literally thousands of freebies anyway - I've still not actually bought a book for mine. It’s not worth doing something unless someone, somewhere, would much rather you weren’t doing it.

Wouldn't recommend driving unless you know the town well as at the moment between tramworks and gas line replacements there's a lot of diversions to worry about!0 -
Quick post as I'm just back from HP4 and am knackered!
Received my £5 Amazon voucher from SB when I got home and my account balance is now up to £29.62It's a long way until it's a Kindle, but it's a start!

Morning all
I'm typing a quick post on my phone as I've managed to get overtime this morning so have had less time to faff about on the internetI've put a tiny amount of cash in the OP account this morning. I'm hoping to pay £20 to the mortgage directly tomorrow but could only get £14 out of the terramundi this morning, will have another go tonight!
Nowt else to report really. Mr F has been away visiting his mum for a few days and comes back tonight, so it will be nice to have him back. It does mean I have to do a bit of cleaning before tonight's Harry Potter film though!0 -
Bah...
Did my hour's overtime this morning and then found out that next week's 15 hours of overtime has been cancelled.
Harrumph. Looks like I'll be making a smaller OP in August than I had planned....0
