Yup, my name's flying_fresian, I'm old enough to know better and I'm horribly geeky for Harry Potter.
My name is InaPickle, I should be old enough to know better, too: I'm should be in bed, am just back from the cinema and am reading reviews for the new film, and would LOVE to go to see it at her local cinema at 12.01 next Thursday morning, but that would mean little sleep before work the day after. Boo.Please call me 'Pickle'

I never managed to get in to watching Torchwood, partly down to a pathological dislike of John Barrowman and his need to OVERACT at every turn
MSE Stuff:
I've slugged 80p-ish into the OP Piggies this morning.
I now have exactly £500 in the Handbag of Wonder Fund
I have sinned and used some of my Paypal money for crafting goods, but in my eyes that makes them freeI'll be good from now on. Maybe
Must dash - half an hour of comping to fit in before I get ready for work!

My name is girlatplay, I am old enough to know better. I saved really hard for a few years and instead of paying off my loan I took Little Miss Gap to Florida for two weeks
We went on the Harry Potter rides and they were absolutely brilliant. I also dislike John Barrowman.

GAP - I'm jealous of your holiday to the Harry Potter rides, so won't hate you at all
I had a lovely time last night going to see the first Harry Potter. It's funnier than I remember, although I think that a lot of people were tittering at Emma Watson's overactingI was a Very Bad Fresian as not only did I scoff the popcorn I brought with me (4 WW points) but also had a Ben and Jerrys cone
Bl00dy tasty it was too
I'm going to be doing a lot of walking today to make up for my sins.
I've done some surveys this morning, and my balances are:
Mysurvey - 190 points, waiting for a £10 Amazon voucher
Swagbucks- 268SB which is great as I only redeemed on the 5th. Waiting for a £5 Amazon voucher.
OnePoll - £7.60. It will be doomsday before this pays out
Maximiles - 1498. I need 3000 to redeem for a supermarket voucher
Ipsos - 375 points. I need 1380 for a £10 Amazon voucher.
Valued opinions - I had forgotten about this site, but I have over £6 credit sitting there from years ago. I'm working towards a £10 payout again!
Apart from that, nothing exciting is happening in Fresian Towers. I'm doing the rounds of the survey sites this morning then I'm comping for an hour. I need to return some library books and head to Aldi to buy cheap meat/veg and top up the freezer. I'm also thinking about heading to Harry Potter 2 tonight

Are they on at a cinema near you? That's a fab idea - I'd love to see them on the big screen again!Be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don't matter and those who matter don't mind.

Tomorrow we're off to see #3! Not sure if other cinema chains are doing this, but it's great fun seeing them again.

Reading on here reminded me to checck for surveys, got a £10 amazon voucher on Valued Op, and at 73k on Toluna, only trouble is I have 5k expiring by the end of the month (I didnt know this happened ). Just did a few more surveys and found I had a payout due on TCB, so not bad really :money:. Should have £15 approx in Amazon vouchers by the end of the week and if I get my backside in gear I'd have another £5 on Bingoport too :T.
When I'm really busy I always let these slip and when I see how many invites I have missed I really want to kick myself.
One small step for ME, one giant leap for my family!
2015 - my Amazon Gift Certificate mini challenge - saving to buy small household electrical items.
Total £9.120 -
How can you tell if you have points expiring on Toluna? I've only just started using them again so it's taking a while to get back in the swing of things, although I did a couple of surveys worth a few thousand points last night due to there being nothing on the telly
I received my £10 Amazon voucher from Mysurvey yesterday, although it snuck into my junk mail folder so it nearly got deleted  I've now got £24 sitting in my Amazon account. I'm thinking about saving my vouchers up to buy a Kindle for myself as I really fancy one but can't justify the expense.
I've done the rounds of the survey sites this morning and have nothing waiting for me to do. I should also look at Toluna but can't really face itMaybe later, if there's nothing on the telly
Money
PAD/Spends - £41.13
Groceries - £58.45
Entertainment - £11.70
ISA Balance - £2000
Mortgage OP account - £22.67
I hit my savings target today as you can see! Sadly the budgeteering gods give with one hand and take away with the other as my neighbour handed me a bill for some roof repairs we've known were coming for a while, so I need to find £140 to cover them. I don't know when they're needed, but the plan will be to write a cheque from the account with the free £300 overdraft and then PAD to that until it's cleared. I would rather that than dip into my savings at the moment anyway.
I'm also due a £12 refund from Groupon as a company I bought from has closed down, but I don't know if it's coming to my credit or debit card. If it's the credit card I'll use that to cover my next food shop and send the money from the groceries account to the mortgage account instead.
Last night I finally got my crafting mojo back and made a couple of new cards. They're on my homepage if anyone wants a look.
