That was a lot to achieve in 30 minutes! Did you achieve it?
I got it all done, but was late :o Thankfully I was only heading into work early for a little unpaid overtime to catch up on work so it didn't really matter. It was all done by 7.45 anyway :A

I'm pretty good in the mornings - as long as I have coffee. I normally manage to sort the dishes and some washing before I go to work, and a couple of mornings a week I'll do dinner in the slow cooker too. It's not as impressive as it sounds, it's just what works for me. I rarely get a lot done at night for example :D

£3.20 cheque paid into the mortgage today as I didn't see the point in cashing that small an amount into my current account. I've also put £3.34 in loose change into the mortgage overpayment piggies, which makes quite a nice OP for today. I had nothing on OnePoll but managed to get a Mysurvey done so that's another wee bit in the pot there, and I've done my dailies on SB too. I forgot how quickly you get into the way of doing things like this every day. I'm not sure that I'm ready to suffer through Toluna again, but it might come

What I want is a spreadsheet which takes account of every payment I make. The ones I have found online seem to be geared towards people who can pay a set amount a month which I can't do.

I want to see the reduction in the balance and the term if possible.

    All help gratefully received!

this is what i use you can add as many payments as you want and it will tell you how many months until you are mortgage free .:j

ps i forgot to say you can enter your interest rate and it calculates the interest you are paying in a seperate column.

I'm not on the PC to give you mine tonight, but I have used this one before. It's dollars but ignore that and pretend it's pounds.

I'll sort out my formula for you in the morning

My spreadsheet is one Financial bliss made up. In one of the posts on his diary he went through how you make the spreadsheet.

If i put in what i have overpaid this month, this then alters the whole spreadsheet so i can see when it will be overpaid. It took a while to set up, but if find it really useful. I'll have a squizz and see if i can find a link for you.

It hasn't got fancy graphs or anything complicated, so ideal for me.

ETA - His diary is here https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/572849, and if you look in the first section with hyperlinks in post one, it links to a post where he goes through it.

Well done on your loss Footie! I've got WI tomorrow night so I'm hoping for a better loss than last week's half a pound :D Come knocking for a card any time you like petal, depending on what you're looking for obviously! The only thing I don't really do is wedding cards - mainly because there's nothing hugely suitable in my stash.

Quite a relaxed morning for me - the washing is on and I'll do the dishes before I leave but apart from that not a lot is happening :D I've paid £20 into my emergency fund this morning and the money situation is thus:

    PAD/Spends - £103
    Entertainment - £23.20
    Groceries - £133.91

I used £41 from my entertainment fund to buy tickets for the book festival, which I'm very excited about as I managed to get tickets for Mark Kermode and *squee* Neil Gaiman :D:D:D

I have about £160 sitting on my credit card due to general misbehaviour, but I'm going to pay this off when I get the rent money in from our flatmate at the start of July. Once that's done I'm going to be exhibiting an Iron Will Of Budgeteering. Honest ;) I'm only £120 away from my ISA target, so I need to keep being good.

Right, behind schedule again so better get to work! Have a good day all :)
