Ha ha, I didn't think about how that would look!!! It's actually all individual items - black pepper because I've run out and I have to buy at the big Tesco by work as they do giant bags in their ethnic aisle (very MSE - Mr T = £1.87 for 30g pot, Ethnic aisle = £2.45 for 300g bag!); coriander is to go with the vegetable tagine I batch cooked at the weekend for my teas this week, and they didn't have any when I went to my local Tesco yesterday; almonds because I have nearly run out and I like to have 10g in my porridge every morning, for the flavour, the vitamins, the calcium and the crunch!; and finally milk because the one I have in work won't last the week!
Sorry to hear you're not feeling well today, I hope you're chirpier tomorrow
Monday was very meh today, obviously everyone felt it as there was a mass exodus at half past five (very unusual for my office!)

Update, I spent £6.28 on my small shop but £4 is from other budget so £2.28 off this one. Then put the 72p change in my sealed pots. So I'm left with exactly £7.00.
