Do you know I have just ranted at Kids Dad about the bl**dy F1! I HATE it with a passion as the noise and movement provoke my dizziness and have been marooned upstairs for hours now.

Sorry Molly! :o :rotfl:Oddly it doesn't affect my vertigo. Fantastic end to the race :D

    Hi all,

Back from a nice break in Kerry on Friday evening....to a speeding fine (€80) and 2 points on my license.....I have been preaching to the kids about speeding so you can imagine the remarks I'm getting from them....rotters!

On a more sombre note a phone call from a friend to tell me that his 6 year old (youngest of 3) has been on life support for 12 days after falling from the attic of their house.....this child has an aneurism in his heart which is inoperable and they were told that it could rupture at any time when he was a tot, they made the decision then to let him have a normal life for as long as it would last, now on 3 occasions when they have decided to shut off the support there has been a slight improvement...they are being so brave and I can do nothing to help and its wrecking my head....anyone who prays can I ask for some please.

DGS2 made his Holy Communion yesterday, really lovely ceremony, party for children in school, the family then went for a meal ( 25 of us!) and the children ended the day in a play centre, so a good time was had by all.

Brother has bought me an espresso machine ( if that's what its called) makes lovely coffee, but I had just about weaned myself off coffee, so I suppose that gone now!

Hester....would be lovely if we could get together and help you for 18th, but then you are such an organised and capable person we would probably just get in your way! Hope that the sun shines on you both all day and that you have many happy years together.

Halight...lovely to see you back....fed up talking to women were you??

Hugs to those of you who are in need for any reason physical or emotional...weather not helping anyone, it has rained and been windy all day here.

Keep safe, sleep well and thank you all for being my friends

Nice to have you back too Marie, I missed you. I don't pray but I will be including your friend's son in my thoughts. xxxx
