How many of us have contacted them so far?
Can i just comment that Watchdog would be pretty mucxh nowhere without people like trading standards having fought long and hard on many cases in the first place. Watchdog get all the glory, but many consumer rights groups have actually done the leg work:rudolf:0 -

Does that mean if I am not contacted within 24 hours, I should assume that my order is not a pricing error ??
No but i would think that they would be breaching there own t&c's i then think they might struggle to use them against you. (seeing as they breached them)0 -
Wow, this thread is soooo dull now. We didn't get them, aren't going to get anything but a headache moaning about it so why not move on? I don't see the point in wasting many precious hours of your life worrying about something you can't change.
It would have been lovely to get one, but we didn't.
Hey ho.2 angels in heaven :A0 -

Because if they have announced in public to the BBC that we have all been apologised to, when we all know that's a lie, then that's the minimum we should at least get, an apology!Financial Aims for 2012:
