    Hello all

    Finished of me xmas shopping today, spent 70 (ish) pound. All budgeted for tho!

    Food shopping tomorrow then, just fresh stuff so will be about 10 quid

    Not had a chance to post so will update my spend up until today:

    Tuesday: 2p
    Wednesday: £17 something on 2 dvd films, £1 in Asda, £0.17 on celery, £3.99 on Gremlins box set from HMV, Jamiroqui album from CD:WOW £5.99
    Thursday: £5 dry cleaning, BHS £2, River Island £14.99 but used a £10 gift voucher, Amazon £9.98 on two books
    Friday: £24 getting a zip & put on leather jacket, CD:Wow £5.99 U2 album, Asda £3.50 on 2 x Fererro Rochers and 1 x 5pk Weetabix porriage sachets
    Tesco points: 101 (£21.50, £19.50, £7.50, £21 & £5)
    Boots points: £0.28
    Pigsback points: 715 (4 xBoots£10 & 1 xPizzaHut£10, 2 x £10 clothing vouchers)
    Mutual points: 3417 (redeemed 8250)
    Rpoints:redeemed 28925 points)Cashbag:£8.91(£20)

    Didnt have a no spend day here,time to confess,my mother has a heart after all :j I have just got back from food shopping with her,she found out how bare my cupboards were (only the kids ate tonight :o ) and marched round with a wad of money,escorted me to Asda and said 'buy what you need' :rolleyes: I was looking for bargains and she was putting all sorts in like best steak :eek: I tried to stop her,but she said 'your father insisted'
    Total spend £234.64 :eek:
    Best bit I won't need to buy any more of this stuff for the next 6 months :j
    Oh and she is now going to provide ALL the food for christmas as she is taking me again on Friday :j feel like a cheat,but I really had no food :o

    aww lih... glad to see your parents have helped out... as for you not eating :naughty: its not too bad but i dont drink, dont do pubs, dont do clubs... so its kinda a let down...

    awww hug.gif for you hope it goes well though... yeah they wouldnt give it me off first (an old (left) hr manager ok'ed it) but i kinda said you let me have to 2 days off or you lose me as an employee... they need me more then i need them :D

    Ah, its good to hear you sounding a bit happier.....you must eat tho! All the food she bought will make things a bit easier for you and buying the Christmas food is brill, takes the pressure off you totally.:j And dont thank us - thats what we're here for!!:D

    Sorry you are feeling icky rog :grouphug: do you mind me asking what cost is involved in a tooth extraction? DH was up all night with a bad tooth and has pinched some of my VERY strong pain killers,he says he thinks it's an abcess,so I;m assuming it will need more than pain relief :confused:
