Wish I had checked this first.
Would not recommend so far recieved one of five calanders ordered.Groupon Deal. Three e-mails and one phone call 15mins wait time for customer service (premium phone charges) no response. Calendar recieved pictures mixed quality.
So poor quality product absolute disgrace for customer services complete rip off!!!!0 -
I am getting very worried as I spent £30 on my brothers Christmas present, which is a collage of all his and his gf best pics from facebook. I have read the reviews about delivery and quality and I now wish I hadnt bothered as I ordered mine on the 1st December and I fear it wont come in time and its 50:50 in terms of the quality if it does arrive. I have emailed them and called them on their freephone number 0800 292 2452 and the 0844 and there is a message saying there is a problem with their line! I have seen that some people have called groupon and managed to get a full refund, I think I will do the same if I havent had a reply by tomorrow.0

I have ordered mine early November and still nothing. My postal dead line was 12th Dec so my family won't be getting anything. I did a calender with Vista, perfect. As for refund shall wait to see what happens. Wish I had read the reviews before
HAPPY CHRISTMAS TO ALL0 -
...Won't answer emails (other than a standard acknowledgement), will require you to wait for up to 20 mins to speak to an operator who will tell you that their system is down but that he/she will call back. They won't of course.
Surely they are, by the very nature of being advertised on Groupon and the like, being endorsed by their advertisers. Printerpix may well be a scam - but for so long as Groupon and Livingsocial are advertising their products and making money from vouchers they are surely also responsible for the fraudulent companies that they advertise?
I have wasted far too long trying to get a delivery date from them. They wasted no time in taking payment in full from my credit card. Fortunately I should be able to claim through the credit card to get my money back, but what I really want - having gone to the trouble of compiling the 70 pages of photo memories is delivery of what I ordered.0 -
I ordered 2 photobooks for Christmas presents in mid November and as yet no response to any emails or phone calls.
I called in early December for a status and was told it was an Islamic holiday and their offices were closed. I called again and after going thru the system options got an error msg and was cut off.
I've sent 3 emails, I get an acknowledgement but never a reply.
I have not even seen the end product to comment on the quality. But based on reading the above I've have no high hopes should they ever arrive.
I'll certainly not be using this company again. And advise everyone out there likewise, no matter how good a deal you think you may be getting.0 -

We ordered five calendars with the groupon deal at the beginning of november. Around 6 weeks later we received one calendar... brilliant considering they were to be used as christmas presents. The quality of the one calendar we own is very poor, the pictures are grainy and the paper is thin and they seem very cheap.
I tried to ring the company using the telephone number on the invoice to find that they hadn't even used their own letterhead! I obtained the correct telephone number and when i rang i was greeted with a message similar to 'we're having technical difficulties'. Now when i try and ring i am placed on hold for 30 mins before the i am cut off! No reply to emails from them or groupon.
Needless to say... I am fuming!
Do not go near Printerpix.
Now to try and ring them again.0 -
Hi guys I just want to add that after ringing to above number posted by madisonshamrock I got some sense and I received my item today with a sigh of relief. It's just what I ordered no problems. I really hope that you all get things sorted and maybe they just need a chance to get their act together as a company.0
