What a load of old tosh!! they dont want to pay a mis sell, you have life insurance elsewhere, so the ppi is no good to you on two counts! dont let them cancel this ppi get your form in for mis sell.
Send an email to
antonio.osorio@lloydsbanking.com

Put what you are trying to complain about and tell him what you were told, and say you are disgusted that you are not able to put a claim in for mis sell with Lloyds and ask why they are not taking complaints now for mis sell, if you have the persons name that you spoke to then this will be great.

Lloyds are doing claims, but you are a novice to ppi
ARENT YOU? ;);) and took the ladies word for it!!!!:rotfl::rotfl:
just think how many customers had this line spun to them :mad::mad:
and accepted this and walked away :mad::mad::mad:

I really genuinely am a novice.

What should I email that address? My claim form as well as an explination of the above?

Letter to CEO Lloyds
Dear sir
I was going to put a claim in for mis sell of ppi for the above loan number.

I believe i was mis sold this ppi as i was off sick from work and put a claim in to Lloyds, the loan payments were made to my account by the insurance for 3 months.

I then received a letter from Lloyds to say i was not eligible for the insurance claim as i had zero hours at work and my claim was stopped.

I already have life insurance and feel this ppi is of no use to me as i am unable to claim on the sickness part of this policy and will not pay for this ppi to use as second life insurance policy.

(put any other reasons for mis sell here, as the email will go to someone to deal with.
(

I recieved a telephone call today from a customer advisor at Lloyds today to go into branch and cancel the ppi and to take a life insurance policy instead, as stated in my reasons for mis sell above i already have other life insurance and i asked at this point to put a mis sell complaint in to be told that

" the branch would not be able to help me reclaim back money but I should continue down the route I'm on regards the life insurance".

The lady i spoke to was also able to tell me that "the advisor that "sold" me the insurance no longer works for the bank".

I find this response incredulous and ludicrous, I was mis sold this insurance and to be told i could not be helped with reclaiming this ppi leaves me very disappointed.
I would appreciate your views on this matter as i would like to know how i can put a complaint in as the branch obviously cannot.
yours

Put her name in there as well and the branch.

:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Ask how much "bonus" she gets for selling life insurance while you are at it :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

• Hiya Guys wanted to update u all on this and ask for some more advice please!

The 30th september is the 16 week deadline for my claim. However my friend who also has a claim against Lloyds put in a cheeky phone call to them yesterday after only 8 weeks and was given a settlement figure over the phone so I decided today to do the same.....

Firstly I was on hold for 48 minutes before my call was answered. "Nadine" who did answer my call was as much use as a chocolate teapot.

My case has been closed down on the 14th of this month and a letter "should" have been sent out 2nd class on this date. HOWEVER Nadine couldn't give me any further information because the letter was apparently sent out by an automated system which hadn't attached a copy of said letter to my file yet!
She said there really wasn't anything else on the system at all that she could tell me and to call back on friday if I haven't recieved my letter.

I don't think this sounds at all promising. What are ur opinons please? x
