    Hello i had got a HTC one x from tesco mobile shop. Quidco has successfully tracked a cashback of £35 but i have not been paid yet. However, i think i dont need the 500 mb internet that came with the contract so i am thinking of taking the 500 mb internet off the contract.

    I would like to know if the cashback would be paid if i take off the internet and also how is my cashback gonna get paid?

    Is it that my cashback is gonna get paid as a discount on my monthly network bill or is it gonna get paid on full through paypal?

    @arsenalboy - thanks for the info.These retailers do not all use the same affiliate network and have not experienced any over-all tracking issues lately so this really is strange, especially as you say you have your browser set up properly. Try these tips in the link below, as there may be something in there that you've not thought of as far your browser set-up goes:

    Am happy that I am complying with everything contained in the link you have supplied.
    Over the last 5 years I have successfully made well over 200 transactions through Quidco so this makes it all the more confusing.
    Can you confirm that although my items are not tracking, but as they showing as click throughs via Quidco, that the manual process of "claims" should eventually see them tracked?

    I have bought both my cats' insurance through Quidco again this year, using providers I have never used before, and neither of them have tracked.
    I bought one policy from Sainbury's on 12th May and the other from Argos on Friday. Both are supposed to track in 3 hours and I have had to raise a claim on both.
    I have had an email from Quidco ref the first one saying they won't do anything for 109 days cos that's how long Sainsbury's have to pay up. I don't think its an issue with Sainsbury's not paying, its to do with Quidco not tracking the purchase.

    If its going to be this difficult using Quidco I wonder if its worth the bother?

    I have a program which clears my browser after every time I use the internet so its not a problem with my settings either.

    In the contact form, select FAQs then Further Questions and then Quidco Compare. You will see a link to raise a support message.

    @bbk_shrestha – Cashback is paid by Quidco once we receive it from the retailer. You will need to provide bank details in your payment settings so that we can pay you by BACS as the £35 exceeds our £25 PayPal limit.

    As regards the change to your contract, we would strongly advise you not to make any such changes until your cashback has updated to “confirmed”. Changes to orders are likely to result in the cashback being declined.

    @arsenalboy – provided you’ve followed our Best Practice guide in our Help pages, there is no reason why the purchases won’t track as the result of the cashback claim. However, we can never fully guarantee tracking and payment of cashback, unfortunately. If I were you I would try using a different browser to see if that makes a difference.

    @Clare64 – I’m so sorry – you did say! No idea what I was looking at there! The Quidcare Team should definitely take a look at your query as that doesn’t sound right.

    @sofababe – I can understand your concern but Quidco don’t track purchases at all. That’s done by the affiliate networks processing the affiliate business for the retailers. We don’t like it either when your purchases don’t track, which is why we offer the cashback claim facility.

    Insurance companies do take a few months to pay cashback, whether a manual claim is required or not, and the vast majority of claims (provided the T & Cs were met and your browser was clear of other cookies at the time of purchase) are successful.

    I am unable to submit a missing cashback query.

    I have been repeatedly asked to provide the reservation number for my Alamo booking, but there is no box provided where I can put it.

    I tried many times and I am unable to find any way to contact quidco on this matter.

    @K_P83 - they come through once a month but the date can very. I'd say a month maximum from your brother's and sister's cashback being confirmed.
    I can't help but think something isn't quite right with my brothers & sisters cashback.

    My gf & i applied on 29th April ... & we've received cashback.
    My brother & sister applied on 30th April ... & haven't.
    My mother applied on 26th May ... & her account looks different to my brothers & sisters. To explain....

    Notice the 2 entries. This is exactly how mine & my gf's looked before our cashback became "confirmed".

    My brothers & sisters account look exactly the same, but take a look how different it appears to my mothers...

    Surprise, surprise - no cashback from B&Q!

    On 14th April 2012 I bought a new kitchen from B&Q, naturally through Quidco. Cost £2,341.34 and expected Quidco £187.31.
    Despite doing what I always do, using Firefox exclusively for Quidco and clearing all cookies my claim has been denied.

    Who'd of thought it? The largest single Quidco amount I have ever claimed denied without reason. Can anyone help me?
    It's BARGAIN, BARGAIN, got it? Bargin my ****.

    hello quidco person helper!

    I joined supercasino through your link and got the window flash up acknowledging my link.

    However it does not appear in the "Submit a claim: my cashback is missing, declined or incorrect" retailer list.

    This is despite 4 other retailers showing that I signed up to the same night (therefore no browser issues and I use ccleaner each time between sign ups).

    Please help, my user name is hueknight.

    @DarkFallout – Sorry to hear you are having trouble with this. Can I ask you to please go to http://www.quidco.com/support-contact-u s and select ‘I am unable to raise a cashback claim’, someone can then take a look at this for you.

    @K_P83 – Santander do usually track in at ‘no amount’ initially, this will then track in again at the correct amount of cashback after around 60 days. As your brother’s account hasn’t updated yet, can you please ask him to email members@quidco.com so we can take a look at this for him?

    @watchitm80 – sorry to hear that. Can you please raise a declined cashback claim via this link http://www.quidco.com/new-enquiry and this can then be investigated further for you.
