Number 1 is fine as it is on the emails sent from Sky but the Sky Order ID is nowhere to be found on any emails or by logging into my account. I spoke to someone on Sky live chat they said that they don't hold this information on their system so couldn't give it to me even though they could see the order!

Not sure how they are going check my claim for cashback if they don't store the Sky Order ID in their system?!.

I have looked on the sky forum and there are loads of people with the same problem and Sky are passing the buck back to Quidco and not providing the Sky Order ID's. Maybe I am being paranoid but it does seem to be a deliberate ploy by Sky so that people have there claims for cashback declined or just don't bother submitting them.

I'm also in the same boat. Spoke to Sky themselves and they have no record of my Order ID, the auto email doesnt contain it, nor any SMS from them.

I cant submit the cashback claim without it. Can they not process with just the customer number? Given Sky dont issue this out?
This is obviouly a widespread problem, and with Quidco heavily advertising Sky cashback deals they should assist in sorting this problem with the process.

    Hi, quidco Company Representative.

I clicked through and purchased Virgin media broadband + phone on 10th May, but my transaction was declined. So I raised a claim.

The Quidco page that I clicked through said:
    "£142.50 cashback from Virgin Media

Buy Virgin Media TV, Phone or Broadband or a combination of these and get £142.50 cashback (more details)"
And I did the purchase online.

The broadband is installed and working, and I've just got my first bill (paying by direct debit).

But I'm not seeing any update to the status.

Would you be able to give me an indication as to when something may happen on the cashback claim?

As far as I am concerned I complied with all of the requirements.

Hi everyone, sorry to gatecrash your post but I see there is a quidco rep on here and I wondered if you could help pls? I bought AA policy through quidco and it didn't track or at least that is how it appears.
(Weirdly enough I seem to remember that happening last time I bought AA roadside through you about 4 years ago - is it something to do with AA? But I only remembered AFTER I bought it...)

I've submitted an enquiry and having just received an email from you was trying to access the update, but somehow ended up submitting it again - so now I have two open claims for one policy. Can i delete one? Have tried finding an email address for quidco to notify them of my error, but can't find one.

    Thanks,
    T

Been waiting nearly 10 months for a Tombola cashback amount which is probably no more than £10 quid.

Raised plenty of support tickets about it and even had "regular" monthly cut-and-paste updates on it with various people telling me they're working on it but even they've died out now ..

    Good afternoon,

@matty102 – The order ID should be found on your confirmation email from Sky, did you receive any sort of order reference when you received your confirmation? Unfortunately we do need this to process the claim with them. All of the claims we receive do have the order reference on it so they definitely do provide it, it is odd that they they’re saying they don’t store them! The email should look something like this:

    “Dear *****

Thank you for choosing to join Sky. Your order has been received and your reference number is 0646 2DVA 666 23.

We'll shortly send you another email confirming your order and giving you details about your set up and next steps.

In the meantime please keep your reference number handy. If you need to get in touch we'll give you all the contact details you may need in the next email.”

@macro duck – Hastings Direct do usually take around 8 months to confirm their claims, unfortunately, so it may be a little while yet. Aviva also take around 6 months to confirm their claims, although you should receive an update to both of these during the process.

@prowla – Once a claim has been raised it is usually around 60 – 90 days before we hear anything back from the retailer, although it is sometimes quicker than this. Virgin Media do sometimes decline transactions, but to be honest their claim approval rate is very high, and we will of course pass the response we receive from Virgin on to you as soon as we receive it. If you feel the decline reason is incorrect then we can always investigate further, wherever possible.

@temba – Sure, that’s no problem! Can you please email members@quidco.com, FAO Rosie MSE, and I’ll have that removed for you.

@jasonwatkins – That is an awful long time to be waiting, I’m very sorry. Can you please email members@quidco.com, FAO Rosie MSE so I can take a look into this for you?

    Many thanks,

    Rosie

    Hi Quidco rep,

I did a Ladbrokes one on the 14th March and still have no cleared cashback. Its saying it has tracked successfully and will update to the correct cashback amount soon. Any ideas when this will happen?

    Thanks, SFG x

Thankyou rosie, just done that. I did check and the actual account itself was created on the 5th of July 2011 so I'm actually less than a fortnight away from it being a full year since I deposited and played the required amount.

    Hi Rosie,
I never received this email and it seems many on the Sky forums didn't either and person that posted the same query after me on here will probably be the same.

    The only email received said
    Confirmation of your Sky order

Account Number: XXXXXXXXXX Your new Sky equipment is on its way
    Dear XXX

We're happy to confirm the equipment you've ordered below:

I spoke to Sky again yesterday and they said that they don't have this number and this number must be provided by QuidCO but I can't see how this would be provided by you as its Sky asking for this information?

Could you look into for me please?
    Thanks

Message for Quidco Rep - pls help!
As yet i've not had any payments from Quidco. My summary currently shows
    - outstanding in confirmed £5.50 (x2 transactions confirmed Aug 2011 & Feb 2012)
    - outstanding in tracked £2.00 (tracked March 2012)
    - outstanding claims £52.50
Is it usual to wait so long (since Aug 2011) to be paid for confirmed transactions???
My outstanding claims also don't appear to be progressing very quickly.
    - Vistaprint - message received 11 May saying its been approved, nothing since.
    - Heart bingo - claim raised 25 March; message saying claim sent to Heart on 8 May, nothing since.
    - Caesars bingo - claim raised 30 March; message saying claim sent to Caesars on 8 May, nothing since.
Do claims always progress this slowly???
I rarely use Quidco & tend to use TCB, & i have to admit that this is not really making me reconsider this approach!
    Any help gratefully received!
