Last year - I lost out on £40 claimed on my Hastings Direct home insurance policy - which was rejected for no reason - other than Hastings decided not to pay out.........
This year - it looks as if Legal and General are trying the same tactic(another £40) - Quidco keep on telling me that all is going as it should and not to worry - but that is what they told me last year !

Does anyone know what has happened to Clicksnap?

Since last Friday, I seem to have no offers
Before that, there were about 50 offers, most were valid until at least Tuesday/Wednesday, if not longer.

Exactly the same has also happened to me.

Let's hope it's a minor glitch that we will be sorted soon!

OK Had a chat with Emily from Quidco
Apparently - there are technical problems at the moment with Clicksnap - tech support are working on it !!
You are advised not to claim via the app (or Windows ?) at the moment
And I guess that there are no offers at the moment - due to this issue

Do people get the impression that quidco is getting really quite rubbish nowadays?

    Yes.

Very disappointed that I can't earn Cashback with Boots any longer, and can't seem to claim for a purchase that was made when they WERE paying cashback.
All my claims with M&S track at the wrong amount, can't be corrected and are eventually declined (especially the Advent calendar ones).
Other sales track lower than I expect and am then told it's because cashback isn't payable on VAT when I didn't know the price included VAT.
It took me a whole year to get £3.50 for a Post Office foreign exchange purchase. I know it was a year because it was confirmed when I booked my next holiday!
I used Trainline 3 times in the space of a week and have had to claim for all the transactions - not one of them tracked. Might only be pennies, but the pennies add up! They'll probably decline all 3.
If you have nothing constructive to say just move along.
