Apologies for any disappointment caused with that.
We will always try and help chase declined cashbacks further, however that is dependant on the reason provided by the retailer as regards why a cashback was declined.
Are you able to send the email address on your account to members@quidco.com with the subject line 'FAO MSE Social Team' so I can look into the exact reason for that decline.

I have just been notified that my claim for Marks and Spencers has been declined and I'm not sure why.
When I placed the order for Marks and Spencers Christmas food there were 3 different cashback percentages which were dependant on the amount of your order - 5.5% for all sales between £70 and £99.99, 11% for all sales between £100 and £149.99 and 16.5% for all sales over £150). I placed an order for £146 and as requested on the Marks and Spencers website paid a £30 deposit (they did not give you the option to pay more as balance was due on collection). When the cashback has tracked it is only for the £30 deposit.
I have raised a claim and have now been told that the claim has been refused. I cant understand what the point is of offering 3 levels of cashback and then saying because payment is only for deposit you don't qualify? I wonder if you could explain this please.

Complaint About Cashback Contract Miss selling
On 24th June 2016 I decided to take out an over 50's Life Insurance Policy in response to www.Quidco.com
advertising/promoting £80 cashback incentive on Standard Life's Over 50's Life Insurance's behalf.
Approx 8 months later I discovered this tracked transaction had been rejected
10 February 2017 £80 declined
Are Standard Life aware of the definition of "cashback"
The Definition
“Cashback-
· a form of incentive offered to buyers of certain products whereby they receive a cash refund after making their purchase.”
Why has my cashback been rejected?
Will Standard Life please pay me the advertised promoted cashback without further delay
and compensate me for apparent failure in not doing so in the first instance which has caused me to have to complain to you.

I see on another Hot UK site that during the £10 Quidco bonus promotion others are having problems with retailers not confirming transactions?
Quidco....retailers taking extraordinarily long times to confirm, any updates?No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere0 -
