Hi there,
I've had £45 cashback for Swinton Declined. I've followed every rule so am a little confused, especially since I would have been able to get car insurance cheaper elsewhere (without cashback)
Thank you,0 -
Apologies if this isn't the correct forum, seems the best fit...
Before Christmas saw a £10 off a £25 spend offer on books from Quidco so bought a £35 book for the girlfriend from one of the approved etailers within the specified timeframe.
Fast forward and just checked my Quidco to see a tracked payment of £1.79 so Googled to see a large number of people complaining about this same deal and getting no satisfaction from either Quidco or the etailer.
Tried raising a case with Quidco but their system seems to send me around in circles, won't let me raise a ticket for this purchase (purchases may track at a lower rate but will be the correct amount - this was purchased 49 days ago).
So any advice on this please?
Thanks.0 -
Cashback is never guaranteed, its only ever a bonus unfortunately.
The only thing you can do is raise a ticket and see what Quidco come back with. Not sure why its taking you around in circles, it should be straight forward raising one.I’m a Senior Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Competitions Time, Shopping & Freebies boards, Employment, Jobseeking & Training boards If you need any help on these boards, do let me know. Just having a bit of a rant over Lastminute.com taking forever to settle 'confirmed' cashback payments through Quidco. Booked a holiday through LM in May 2015. Cashback claim was 'confirmed' in August 2015 after we had been on the holiday and returned. Yet, January 2017 the cashback remains unpaid. I wouldn't mind if it was a small amount, but they owe £190.54. Quidco's cs brushed me off saying that once it is 'confirmed' then it will hit your account at some point soon.
Just wondering if anyone else has had similar problems with LM and why they are allowed to offer cashback, but not pay it for 17 months or more... :mad:0 -

Hi @Sequenci
thanks for your post here and I'm sorry to hear your cashback was declined by Swinton, we hate it when this happens.
However if you feel this has been wrongfully declined you can raise a claim here to challenge the decision https://www.quidco.com/new-enquiry/
We'll get that sent off to Swinton and we'll let you know as soon as we have an update for you.
Kind Regards,
Jack

Hi @sdavies13
Thanks for your post here.
As per the terms and conditions of the promotion your bonus is paid within 72 hours of the smaller, tracked amount of cashback being available for payment.
If after this time it has not appeared, just get in touch with the support team and we'll arrange that to be paid to you manually.
Hope this reassures you!
Kind Regards,
Jack

Anyone else not being able to withdraw funds ? I have £1 payable, the button is highlighted so available but the cursor turns to a cross through when over it and will not click.0

Feeling immensely disappointed by my recent experience with Quidco and Tesco Bank. Having been a Quidco user for many years without issue, we bought a car insurance policy for my son just before Christmas via the site in the expectation of £44 cashback. Nothing tracked so we raised a claim which has been declined with no reason given and Quidco insisting they can do nothing more. The absence of any reason or explanation displays a worrying lack of transparency and accountability in the process, leaving me with little confidence in the service. Quidco are showing absolutely no desire to help further.0

Good morningJack ,
I have just been notified that my claim for Marks and Spencers has been declined and I'm not sure why.
When I placed the order for Marks and Spencers Christmas food there were 3 different cashback percentages which were dependant on the amount of your order - 5.5% for all sales between £70 and £99.99, 11% for all sales between £100 and £149.99 and 16.5% for all sales over £150). I placed an order for £146 and as requested on the Marks and Spencers website paid a £30 deposit (they did not give you the option to pay more as balance was due on collection). When the cashback has tracked it is only for the £30 deposit.
I have raised a claim and have now been told that the claim has been refused. I cant understand what the point is of offering 3 levels of cashback and then saying because payment is only for deposit you don't qualify? I wonder if you could explain this please.
Many thanks

Been waiting 8 months for my cashback. I made a complaint on the 9th of February 2017 and would you believe it on the 10th February I had a message from Quidco stating my Cashback from Standard life had been declined. IT STINKS. Is there anything I can do legal wise.0
