  • Been waiting 8 months for my cashback. I made a complaint on the 9th of February 2017 and would you believe it on the 10th February I had a message from Quidco stating my Cashback from Standard life had been declined. IT STINKS. Is there anything I can do legal wise.

    Hi, Thanks for that I will ask for my cashback but you also mention compensation did you mean cashback or compensation as well and what would that before and how much should I ask for. I have got the page up but cannot see anything to do with Missing cashback. which do i click?

    @Quidcocompanyrepresentative £15 pizza cashback. Joined quidco today and just made a purchase however cashback has tracked at £0.22. Should the £15 bonus not show up?

    Complain about he cashback not being paid - also keep on via Quidco system


    Ask for compensation in addition to cashback being paid - cite unreasonable delay in cashback being paid, time, effort , stress, inconvenience that you have been put to for something that should have been paid automatically.

    Ask for minimum 100.00 compensation in addition to cashback being paid, cases that go to FOS cost the organisation concerned about 550.00 in fees thus cheaper for them to settle before gets to that stage

    Complaint About Cashback Contract Miss selling

    On 24th June 2016 I decided to take out an over 50's Life Insurance Policy in response to https://www.Quidco.com
    advertising/promoting £80 cashback incentive on Standard Life's Over 50's Life Insurance's behalf.

    Approx 8 months later I discovered this tracked transaction had been rejected

    10 February 2017 £80 declined


    Are Standard Life aware of the definition of "cashback"

    The Definition

    “Cashback-

    · a form of incentive offered to buyers of certain products whereby they receive a cash refund after making their purchase.”



    Why has my cashback been rejected?

    Will Standard Life please pay me the advertised promoted cashback without further delay
    and compensate me for apparent failure in not doing so in the first instance which has caused me to have to complain to you.

    Do you think I should add that It will be passed to the FOS if i dont get my cashback?
  • So over 80 days ago went for the "purchase from Argos via the link to get an extra £10 bonus" and like others, the transaction tracked but according to Quidco, Argos is taking an unusually long time to confirm the transaction....over 80 days? Seriously? To confirm a transaction?

    You'd almost think there was some sort of shenanigans going on to avoid paying the Quidco bonus...or am I wrong?
    No two ways about this one: Anything Free is not a Basic Right..it had to be earned...by someone, somewhere
