Well, my travel purchase from ebookers on 28th August (which tracked at half of the actual amount) is still only tracked. I'm still waiting for it to change to confirmed so that I can raise a claim for the right amount (unless if fixes itself!).
Also, the ebookers one from 15th September is still only tracked.
Quidco quotes stats:
7% paid within 60 days
55% paid between 60 to 90 days
38% paid between 90 to 180 days
So I'm in the final 38% for both.
I did a further one on 1st October - I wonder what the odds are on that materialising in the middle 55%.0 -

Leanne,
Barking more demands to contact you through e-mail is of no use. In case it has escaped your attention, apart from the initial contact through "Contact Us", all correspondence with Quidco has been made to and from "members@ ". At any time, Quidco could have provided the requested information. Quidco chose not to. Instead, Quidco has provided numerous excuses and lies.
The throwaway virtual office mailing address rather defeats the object of requesting a serviceable address, but I am sure Quidco realised that anyway when it registered bogus details with the ICO.
Another complaint has gone in.0 -

Can I ask a question of a Quidco rep?
Last month I went through Quidco to buy a laptop from Very. As a new customer I was promised 7% cashback. For some reason it didn't turn up and the day after I found the purchase had been rejected. I rang them to be told that as I was a new customer ordering an expensive item they wanted to confirm with me first. I was told to reorder which I did and the laptop turned up.
Any future purchases would only give me 1% cashback.
I kind of guessed what would happen next. I got the first claim rejected and will only get 1%. I feel like I have been ripped off by Very here. It was their decision not mine that the first purchase was cancelled. They have cost me £26 cashback. This was the only reason I bought this.
Please can you help here and get Very to do the honest thing?
I'm using my Dad's MSE account by the way.

Still no progress on this... First Raised in November, then again on 4th December after the response to this post. quidco were reasonably good the first two years, but it's just annoying now. It's a hassle to try and raise a support ticket, and then there is no way to respond when, a month later, nothing has happened!andrea_louise wrote: »Post just arrived, yet more junk mail from the AA.]Mortgage 1. I took house insurance out with legal and general via quidco about 15 months ago and the £60 cashbak i was i due was never paid I received various emails from quidco in response to my enquiries, some saying they were looking into it and then at least twice i was asked (it seemed to me) to start the whole process again and explain what had happened. I have to admit that i was less than impressed but a couple of days ago i got an email that confirmed that my cashback has finally been agreed and will be paid next month!! Its been predominantly liam who has dealt with it so well done and thanks!0

Should have been this one...quidco_Company_Representative wrote: »Hello everyone!
@weebit Quidco compare purchases can take up to 2 months to track into your account, please make sure you have verified it though on the Quidcare Support tab
@robrooo – unfortunately because the order was cancelled it will decline the claim you raise. Do raise the claim anyway as it will e up to eBay whether or not they decide to honour it.
@vixtagirl – Unfortunately we do not have the details of the specific place that this was paid to. I regards to getting in contact with a member of staff at Dell, you will need to ask for someone in the affiliate marketing department. Hope this helps!
@Monkey82 : I'm very sorry you feel this way please be assured that this retailer does in fact pay out cashback. We monitor declined purchases and our retailers on a regular basis. If we find that a retailer is not paying cashback then we would remove them from the site. As we have no cause for concern yet with Jackpot City, there's no need to worry they are just a bit behind at the moment but be assured that we are working on it.
@P2TKL: If you can raise a support ticket to our Quidcare team on the following link please: http://www.quidco.com/help/#967 somebody will get back to you within the next 48 hours.
@andrea_louise: if you can raise a ticket on http://www.quidco.com/help/#967 , we can get an update for you, I'm very sorry it has taken so long already.
@rummy: I understand your concern. There are various factors as to why purchases may not track, and as I say it doesn't mean that they won't get paid. Also it may be worth noting that just because a purchase tracks this doesn't guarantee payment either, as we can never guarantee cashback until it is confirmed. I do understand that it is a lot of money so of course it is completely your choice. In regards to the Experian cashback unfortunately they were one of the few retailers that did not accept cashback claims, so regrettably in a case like that if a purchase doesn't track there is nothing that we can do.
@point3: What will have happened is that we closed your account as requested, but what we normally do is reply and then put the ticket on hold. The details we hold on the system are only payment details (bank account, sort code, possibly card number if you signed up to in-store cashback) and of course your name and email but only if you have put these in yourself, please be aware once an account is closed these details are removed. Can you send us an email at members@quidco.com so we can check whether the account is definitely closed, thanks.
@chrissyG: can you please raise a support ticket with our Quidcare team so we can check what status your purchase is in, thanks. http://www.quidco.com/help/#967
@jak: techspec is right it's every Thursday now, and it can take a few days to appear in your bank account, hope that helps.
@geriann: For on;ine cashback you will need to link your account to your bank account or Paypal. For in-store purchases (please check our site for a list of participating retailers) you will need to register a debit or credit card.]Mortgage 1. Its also a PITA when the cashback offer says something like
- 7% for Xxxxxx
- 10% for Yyyyyyy
- 15% for Zzzzzzz
and even if youve bought a Zzzzzzz, it tracks at 7%, and you have to go thru all the hassle of claiming the difference.illegitimi non carborundum0 -

@Matthew92 - I am pleased to hear that! If you need any further help please just let me know.
@DonnySaver - I'm sorry to hear that your cashback has been declined. Please could you confirm if someone from our Administration Team is looking in to this for you so I can help you further. If not, I will be happy to look into this for you.
@houseofpat - Please could you confirm your user ID or email address so I can check that for you in your account. It sounds like someone is looking into this for you but I will check this to make sure that we are on the case.
@d4v34 - I'm sorry to hear that this purchase failed to track. Please could you raise a ticket on the following so we can help you further with that.
@MichelleMPointon - I am pleased to hear that! I apologise for any confusion and inconvenience caused on this occasion.
@mwb77 - Hi Mike, I'm sorry to hear that as it should have correctly updated at a later date. Please could you create a ticket on the following so I can help you further.
@aylesby - Sorry to hear that. However, this sounds like it is an error at the retailers end on this occasion. Please try clearing your cookies and cache in your browser settings as this should help. If not, please try contacting the retailer as it does sounds like an error at their end.
@kph100 - Cashback claims for eBay Electronics should take around 4 months to be processed. Therefore, please allow up to the end of November to receive this cashback.I hope that helps.
@henmuffin - I'm sorry to hear that you are unhappy so far with the service you have received from Quidco. If you feel any transactions are delayed then please raise a ticket on the following link. We do only retain the first £5 cashback you earn each year, so this is not taken from you and we only do this if you use Quidco in that year. I hope that helps.
@mutley74 - Sorry to hear your cashback was declined as that is the last thing we want. Please could you raise a cashback claim on the following so we can help you further. This should allow us to see why you are unable to raise a claim and help you further.
Thanks!
Rosie
I'm still waiting for this to be resolved. A ticket has been raised and tracked for over 2 months now! I didn't expect it to take this long especially as Vodafone are listed as "faster paying"!
Am I entitled to cancel the contract as I'm not being paid the cashback being offered in a timely manner?
Merry Christmas
Mike0
