The promotion is open to legal residents of the UK, ROI, CI and IoM, except employees and their immediate families of General Mills (UK), their agencies or others professionally involved with the promotion. Entry instructions for the promotion form part of these terms and conditions. By entering the promotion, entrants are deemed to have read, understood and accepted all of the terms and conditions of the promotion, and have agreed to be bound by them. Entrants must be aged 18 years or over at time of entry. The last date for promotion entries to be received is 5pm on 31st October, 2011. Late entries will not be taken into consideration. The promoter takes no responsibility for late, delayed or lost entries. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted. Only one entry permitted per person per day. If more than one entry is received from any entrant on any day, then only the first entry will be considered valid. Each promotion code is unique and can only be used once. Only the entrant who first submits any code will be deemed the valid entrant. The total number of entries permitted from any single IP address across the course of the entire promotion period is limited to eight per calendar month.

You can alternatively enter without product purchase. Send your name, address, home postcode, email address and contact telephone number to 'Häagen-Dazs A-list', Woodland Granaries, Narrow Lane, Wymeswold, Leics. LE12 6SD. A unique promotion code will be entered into the promotion on behalf of the NPN winners and each NPN entrant will then be advised by email as to whether they're a winner or not. As with all other promotion entrants, NPN winners will be advised of the prize won and provided with all the necessary details required to claim their prize.
Prizes

A total of 1,153 prizes are available to be won in the promotion comprising:

• 3 x 'dates' with a Häagen-Dazs ä-LIST celebrity (each for one winner & 3 others)

ä-LIST celebrity 'dates': Whilst the exact details of each 'date' will differ and will need to be governed by each ä-LIST celebrity and their working commitments and may be subject to ongoing adjustment, each of the three 'dates' will be for one winner and 3 friends (aged 18 years or over). Each 'date' will comprise a luxury dining experience (i.e., lunch or dinner) in the company of either Rupert Penry-Jones, James Nesbitt or Benedict Cumberbatch and pre or post-meal entertainment again in the company of the respective celebrity. Each prize will also include two night's half-board accommodation at the Malmaison London hotel for 4 persons (based on 2 twin rooms), return transfers between the hotel and the venue(s) for the 'date', a Champagne dinner for 4 persons at the Malmaison London hotel on the evening before each 'date', an Ultimate Indulgence Spa day for 4 persons at the Sanctuary Spa in Covent Garden and transfers between the Malmaison London hotel and the Sanctuary Spa in Covent Garden. Standard class travel to/from the home address of each winner and their three friends is also included. Each 'date' will take place between 1st November 2011 – 28th February 2012 with the exact timing to be agreed with winners and to be subject to the availability of each ä-LIST celebrity, the Malmaison London hotel and the Sanctuary Spa in Covent Garden. Whilst every effort will be made to ensure that each of the celebrity date winners will enjoy their date with their preferred ä-LIST celebrity, only one date with each celebrity is available and, as such, the winner's preference may have already been allocated. Since the Sanctuary Spa in Covent Garden is a women-only spa, any winner of one of the three headline prizes who is male will be given the opportunity to transfer 'ownership' of the prize to a loved one or friend who is female aged 18 years or over, and who would then be able to select three female friends (aged 18 years or over) to join her for the spa day. In the event that a male winner of a headline prize is unwilling to transfer 'ownership' of their prize to a loved one or female friend, or if the winner (male or female) chooses male friends to accompany them on their date, alternative spa day prize packages of no less than the equivalent value of the relevant prize offered in the main promotion will be made available to them.
Spectacular hotel escapes: : There are a total of 50 hotel escape prizes to be won. 25 prizes comprise two nights' bed & breakfast accommodation at a Hotel du Vin & Bistro of the winner's choice for two persons (based on a double room), whilst the remaining 25 prizes comprise two nights' bed & breakfast accommodation at a Malmaison hotel of the winner's choice for four persons (based on two standard guest rooms for double occupancy). All hotel bookings are subject to availability with availability on some dates (i.e., all Public/Bank Holiday weekends and Valentine's Day) being more limited than at other times of the year. In the case where a winner's preferred dates aren't available at their choice of hotel, they will be given the opportunity to consider alternate dates or an alternate Malmaison hotel (for Malmaison hotel prize winners) or Hotel du Vin & Bistro (for Hotel du Vin & Bistro winners). All holiday bookings must be made by 30.06.12 and must be taken by 30.10.12. Winners' travel to/from the chosen hotel is not included in this prize. Each prize must be booked in advance, cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. All hotel escape winners and their guests must be aged 18 years or over at time of entry.
Luxury spa days with The Sanctuary Spa: Each of the 100 prizes comprises an Ultimate Indulgence Spa Day for 4 persons (aged 18years or over) at the Sanctuary Spa in Covent Garden (London). Each prize package will be issued in the form of Ultimate Indulgence spa day gift vouchers (4 vouchers per winner) with each voucher entitling the holder to the full use of the Day Spa facilities (Koi Carp Lounge, Atrium Pool, Exercise Pool, Spa Pools, Heat and Steam Rooms), two face or body treatments (50 minutes) up to the value of £72 per treatment per person and a 2-course lunch with a glass of Champagne. In addition, a Sanctuary Spa gift to the value of £50 will be available on the day of each winner's visit. Spa days must be booked by phoning the Sanctuary Spa Reservations Team on 01442 430 330, quoting the 'Name of the Voucher and Barcode Number', with all spa bookings being subject to availability. Credit/debit card details will be required to secure the booking. Each Ultimate Indulgence spa day gift voucher is valid for use Monday - Sunday inclusive. Gift vouchers must be used within 12 months of the date stamped. The content of the voucher cannot be changed. This voucher can only be redeemed at the Sanctuary Spa in Covent Garden and cannot be used at any other Sanctuary Spa location. All cancellations must be made giving 7 days notice, cancellations made within the 7 day cancellation period will deem the gift voucher null and void. Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or products or refunded/replaced if lost or stolen. All bookings are subject to the Sanctuary Spa's General Terms and Conditions which are available upon request. The Sanctuary Spa reserves the right to replace any element of this voucher with an offering of equivalent value. Winners' travel to/from the Sanctuary Spa is not included in this prize. Spa day winners must be aged 18 years of over at the time of entry. The Sanctuary Spa in Covent Garden is a women-only spa. Luxury summer picnic hampers: Picnic hampers will be delivered via recorded delivery to each winner's specified home address within 28 days of each winner's details being verified.
ROI, CI & IoM

Spa day prize winners from the ROI, CI & IOM will be given the opportunity to choose between the stated promotion prize (an Ultimate Indulgence Spa Day at the Sanctuary Spa in Covent Garden, London) and a spa day at a named luxury spa resort within their own country. Any alternate prize offered will be of no less than the equivalent value of the relevant prize offered in the main promotion.
Winners

All prize winners will be selected at complete random via an independently monitored, computer programme. The unique promotional code is for entry purposes only. Each entry will be allocated its own unique number which will be checked against a pre-established prize list to see if that code has won. Having been notified of their prize by email (48 hours after entry), all prize winners will be required to contact a central Prize Claim phoneline (advised in the notification email) in order that personal details may be verified and prize claim arrangements made. It is the responsibility of all entrants to ensure that they have provided General Mills (UK) with a valid email address at the point of initial promotion registration. In the event that contact is not made by the winner via the Prize Claim phoneline within 10 working days of prize winning notification, the prize claim will be nullified. With the exception of prize winners from the ROI, CI & IoM and male prize winners of the ä-LIST celebrity dates or the Ultimate Indulgence spa days at the Sanctuary Spa in Covent Garden (see prize details section above), none of the prizes are transferable. None of the prizes can be redeemed for cash or other compensation. All winners and their friends participating in a prize ("participating friends") may be required to take part in any publicity accompanying or resulting from this promotion. By entering this promotion, all entrants grant, and will procure that their friends grant, General Mills (UK) and its agents, the right to use their names, photographs, likeness and the right to adapt, publish or use their entries for any advertising, promotional, trade or any other purpose without compensation or permission ("the Images").
Entrants acknowledge and agree, and will procure that their participating friends acknowledge and agree, that the Images may be combined with other images, text and graphics and cropped, altered or modified. Entrants further acknowledge and agree, and will procure that their participating friends acknowledge and agree, that all rights, including all intellectual property rights, in the Images shall vest in General Mills (UK) worldwide and for their duration and General Mills (UK) shall be entitled to assign, license and/or exploit the Images as General Mills (UK), in its absolute discretion, shall elect without paying any fee. General Mills (UK) also reserves the right to secure any personal documentation needed to accompany, and carry out, a complete CRB check of any of the three ä-LIST date winners and their participating friends. In the event that General Mills (UK) are given reason to believe that any winner (or participating friend) might represent a threat to the security or safety of our ä-LISTer(s), then General Mills (UK) reserves the right to withdraw the prize from that winner. A full list of winners' names and counties will be available from 1st November 2011 until 31st January 2012 and can be obtained by sending a stamped self-addressed envelope to Häagan-Dazs ä-LIST Winners, The Corner Building, Faraday Road, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP19 8TY.
Secondary draw

In the event that one, or more, of the ä-LIST celebrity dates remains unallocated or unclaimed at the end of the promotion period (including the event detailed above where an ä-LIST celebrity date is withdrawn from an appointed winner due to safety or security concerns), a secondary draw will take place on 1st November 2011, in which all valid non-winning entrants to that point will be automatically entered. Winners will be selected at random and contacted by email. As above, winners will be required to contact a central phoneline (advised in the notification email) in order that personal details may be verified and prize claim arrangements made. The winner(s) must respond to General Mills (UK) within ten working days from the date of General Mills (UK) first contacting them to inform them that they have won. If return contact is not made within those ten days, the prize will be forfeited without exception and another winner selected, again at random and the notification process detailed above will be repeated until all headline prizes have been successfully allocated and claimed. It is the responsibility of all entrants to ensure that they have provided General Mills (UK) with a valid, working email address at the point of initial promotion registration.
Further Terms

The Promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. General Mills (UK) is not responsible, and shall not be liable, for any problems related to any telephone network lines, computer online systems or equipment, software failure of any email or failure of an entry to be received on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the internet, telephone lines or https://www.hd-alist.co.uk. General Mills (UK) reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend or cancel the promotion, if for any reason any aspect of the promotion is not capable of running as planned, including (without limitation) by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause or circumstance beyond the control of General Mills (UK) which corrupts or affects the administration, security, integrity, fairness or proper conduct of the promotion.
