Getting out of a TalkTalk Broadband Contract - £70?

I keep seeing mentions of being able to leave an 18 month TalkTalk broadband contract at a charge of £70. Is this still possible? Is this just a one-off fee and you're out full stop, or do you also have to pay the monthly bill for those months remaining on your contract? Any advice would be much appreciated, thanks.

No, that's what you pay x the no. of months left on your contract. You have to give the usual 30 days notice and you'll be charged your normal monthly charge for that period, then the ETC at the end in a lump sum on your final bill.
