The following link lead to a video presentation by Mercola .
I would urge you not to LOOK at the video but just listen to it.
What he is saying makes sense but the clothes he's wearing and the poor quality video make watching him a distraction.
What Can You Use As a Skin Moisturizer?
Mayo Clinic Moisturizers
much of the information here How can my diet help protect me from sunburn?: answer also affects skin quality. Both omega 3 and vit d3 are an integral part of the skins natural protection process so without correcting your daily winter vit d deficit you are going to continue to have a problem. My weight loss following Doktor Dahlqvist' Dietary Program

Try using Shea Butter its cheap lasts ages 100g and is fantastic on skin plus no water or chemical preservatives so its very concentrated also full of natural vitamins.

It's not cheap (£25 a bottle) but I reckon Biotherme stuff is the best......either the anti-rides line peel, D-stress or (the best in my opinion) High Recharge. They are a bit pricey but a little goes a long way and the bottle will last you about two months if not longer.Life in this world is, as it were, a sojourn in a cave. What can we know of reality? For all we can see of the true nature of existence is, shall we say, no more than bewildering and amusing shadows cast upon the inner wall of the cave by the unseen blinding light of absolute truth, from which we may or may not deduce some glimmer of veracity, and we as troglodyte seekers of wisdom can only lift our voices to the unseen and say humbly "Go on, do deformed rabbit again.....it's my favourite". © Terry Pratchett in "Small Gods"

Tried a few and the best so far is this one:
http://www.greenpeople.co.uk/productdetails.aspx?ProductID=c993dce9-16be-473c-8c34-8fbfb80ad55a
Also it is made from natural ingredients, not full of chemicals like the over-priced, big brand name stuff.
Costs £8.99 but you don't need much and it lasts for ages. Akamuti stuff is good too: http://www.pureskincare.co.uk/acatalog/Moisturise_and_protect.html"The happiest of people don't necessarily have the

I can honestly say the best moisturiser in the world - for men OR women - is Aqueous Cream
http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/medicines/100000160.html
Has no soap in, and leaves a very thin layer of oil on your skin to prevent water evaporating from the surface (which leads to dry skin). Either use it as a facewash (since it's a cleansing agent as well as an emolient), or use it sparingly as a moisturiser.
Plus it's cheap as chips at less than £2 for a half kilo tub! Most chemists should sell it.0 -

Out of all the moisturisers I have ever used that has ever worked for me and every other of my male mates i've referred to is olay. i know my gran used to use it but some of their newer lines are fantastic for guys skin and not oily at all! trust me. I personally use the olay Regenerist Rehydrating Lotion both at day and night b4 i kip. its got spf 15 too but they have another one for the same price called regenerist replenishing cream without spf which is also good. its a bit pricey at around 20 quid full price but their are always offers at like 10-15 at boots, superdrug and the supermarkets. I cant tell you how good this stuff is for guys. non oily at all, ur skin looks amazing after using it for a week or so, no lie! im not one to rave about any product but trust me give this a try u wont regret it. it feels great after shaving.
guys please go out and by the OLAY REGENERIST REHYDRATING LOTION and report back to me wot u think :j :j0
