Laptop will not connect to internet DNS failed

DS2's laptop will not connect to the internet. Wireless will connect (choice of 2 networks) but states No Internet Access. I've tried following the advice on the screen but it hasn't solved the problem. It is a Dell Inspiron using google chrome as the browser - any ideas please?

DH has now 'released it's network address' whatever that means and says it is working - I shall investigate - thanks for all your help techie tribe
