Weekly Spend Challenge W/C 5th June 2011

Am thinking of joining this next week. Think my problem is I don't give myself any spends for the week, then go over budget. So will be putting £30 to one side for myself, and any change will go in the pig!!!x

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are all doing well.

The interview went well, I think lol, yesterday and I am quite positive. They will get back to me either way by next week, so fingers crossed.

As far as spending goes, I have lost track of everything this week and I am so dissapointed with myself. :mad:

I havent updated my spending diary and to make matters worse, when I am anxious I just want to shop until I drop! And that is what I have done yesterday and this morning

£12.00 La Senza - knickers
£45.00 - clothes for my sons
£10.00 - KFC dinner last night :mad:
£16.00 - WHSmith, bought myself 3 books :eek:
£18.00 La Senza again - bras
£12.00 Boots - mouhwash, toothpaste and hayfever medicines

And it goes downhill from there. I am so mad at myself for letting it all slip like that

My totals may well be over £400 this week, I have no clue!!!
But now that I have confessed my sins, I am determined to make amends.

I am going to update my figures with a big bold red 400+ and I will start fresh from Sunday.

pointy - no worries, I shall start on Sunday! Can't guarantee what time as I may be a leeeeeeeeeeeeeeeetle hungover! Or maybe not on a small budget, hehe!_party_

I'm definitely going over budget this week I reckon by approx £16 perhaps! Ha! Oh well... on tight budgets after that so no option to go over!!! :rotfl:

Spends today were:

• £3 on breakfast and coffee from work
• £4 on lunch
• £8 in the pub

Total £15

Weekly total £30.50 / £40 so I am green for the week:j:j:j

I'm back! Few wines down! Spent something! Am over budget for the week, think spent about £23 tonight although two of those drinks were for my friend as she didn't have cash on her! Had so much fun...danced and danced! Good night was had! :-) goodnight! xx

End of my first weekly spend challenge and it started so well, but ended so badly I have ended the week spending £201.75 :eek:

Some of that was posting e-bay sales that I didn't factor in but the main thing was a meal out last night On the plus side we have made £40ish on ebay sales and I was given some money I was owed.

So my net spend for the week to £82.75. Have to do better next week!

Clocking in to report that I was green this week with a spend of £75.21! Woo hoo!
