After yesterdays NSD, have spent a lot today.

Bought my DD's concert ticket to see Olly Murs and Alexandra Burke for £31 - although I did get a £8 saving:j Had to do some grocery shopping and buy some envelopes for my e-bay sales and give DS money for his school lunches.

So a total of £55.54 spent out of the £80, but with not much more to buy for the week I should come in under budget for the week.

LC good luck with the stopping smoking. I am quite rubbish at keeping on top of the thread so I don't mind if you want to share the running of it, maybe we could do a week a piece?

Laisbojar83 a birthday party for twins that is a bit unfortunate, kids toys aren't cheap:eek: As for breaking dawn it is still ages away but might check out the trailer. Good luck for the interview:beer:

Sparkerly who is olly murs? I think I am not down with the kids.

Anyway yesterday was a NSD and today only spend was £5 on taxi home from my friend's house. So £5/£40. Bring on hump day:T

Olly was a runner up in the X-factor one year. Can't say I would go and see him, but the teenagers are into him.

Nothing spent today, managed to resist. Kind of cheated on my NSD yesterday though as I ended up paying for the taxi back from town but I'm hoping MrS gives it back to me!! Very cheeky of me as he did pay for dinner, wine, cinema and taxi into town!!

    Hi everyone! :hello:

I've been a bit quiet this week, busy one and stressful!

I've got exactly £8 left - £32/£40 budget, but that £8 will get eaten up tomorrow and more as I've got Starbucks in the morning at £3, hospital lunch for £1.25 (yummy salad bar!), which leaves £3.75 for my drinks tomorrow night at the wedding reception - hmm, so not gonna happen!!! So I'll definitely go over but it's not the worst week I've ever had as tomorrow night is an exceptional expense, would have been under otherwise!

Thanks for the 'well dones' on the stopping smoking... unfortunately I let myself and everyone who has supported me down, by buying some cigs on Tuesday from my stop smoking pot!!! Very stressful at work at the mo.:naughty:

What I've decided is to sort of 'start over' - the trouble is because I'll be having a couple of drinks tomorrow night and probably a lot of drinks on Saturday night, the temptation will be GINORMOUS! So I want to start properly with Sunday as my first official no smoking day, and start my pot again from there and actually stick to it. I shouldn't be in the way of temptation too much (except for stress) for the rest of the month so hopefully this will be more acheivable. Feel like a bit of a let down though

pointy I'm more than happy to share the thread duties with you if it helps, a week each seems acheivable!! Shall I do it on Sunday then?

Enjoy the rest of Thursday everyone
