    (((hugs))) for max

thanks Toots - right back atcha!

Still fuming about the kids..... Funny really, I have been into prison this afternoon for my voluntary stuff. I can sit in a room full of prisoners and not feel intimidated, but 5 boys aged about 11 to 16 make me stay indoors. MAD!

I am going to arrange my books to be read into alphabetical order and if I can't fit them all on 2 shelves they are being flung. I need to go to the sorting office in the morning which is near to a charity shop. I will take a bag of stuff.....

Jo, when we moved we left stuff in our drawers too. Take the drawers out to physically move it, then put the drawers back in when in the van, etc. Only problem is, we still have some of carp I left in those drawers 9 years later!!

Good luck with it all, it sounds like you're making progress.

Dont worry Max - Im scared of the 80 year old battleaxe next door that can barely walk and a stiff breeze could blow over - if i see her or any of her lot I stay in too. I couldnt go anywhere even if I wanted to, because they'd be parked over the drive anyway...

If I even go out to put rubbish in the bin, I get abuse and threatened. I totally sympathise and is the major reason behind me moving, otherwise, Id just stay put till me and OH move together..

ok Jo honey - thats a real shame and I am sending you a big squishy hug BUT ..... can i suggest that you keep up the momentum because you will be well and truly organised for the next one - pretend you still have 4 weeks and then you will have time for the cleaning after that? i think they are being a bit mean not holding it but maybe its not menat for you and this next one will be right - maybe it will have nicer neighbours and a better view xx

Boddy hugs and prayers for your friend Margaret - I hadnt realised there was a risk with theses ops - I do hope they can sort things and she pulls through unscathed. (((hugs))) for you as well xx

boddy - Ditto what Toots said....xxxx

I am Toots - as far as Im concerned, Im moving tomorrow :D At this rate, by the end of next week we will be surrounded by cardboard boxes and no where to move to!! :rotfl:

Im not sure that they are mean, but the rental market in my village turns over very quickly... The properties are not on for long, and normally by the time they even appear on rightmove they are already gone! They will easily fill it before I can pay the bond on the 28th - but you never know.... If by some miracle its not, Ill know it was meant for me. :D Or if my Estate Agent comes back and tells me good news, I may be able to have my pick! :rotfl:wishful thinking I know - but I need to keep it that way!

I WILL BE MOVED SOON!!

Have started clearing the top of my wardrobe, mostly into the CS bag... am going to photograph the spare room furniture for Ebeast I think... x

Thanks for that Jo - has made me feel better.

It really shouldn't have to be like this though should it?

Sorry you're having to move because of that. It sounds lovely where you're hoping to move to.
The people who have 2 of the children from hell - the worst 2 - are hoping to move. Their house is on the market at the mo. I am praying daily that they get a buyer. It's only been on afew weeks.

I have made a start on the bookshelves - need to be a bit more ruthless though.......:rotfl:
