Thank you OP/Tescos! Went there today, no olives and I couldn't see any offer on sunflower oil. However I only went for the Chilli and it was 10p on the shelf! It's great because I love making Chilli so I've saved a lot. I could only carry 5 tins but I might go back later. Hope it's nice though
Bonus for me, went to the self-scan and someone had left £2 in the coin return so I ended up gaining more than I spent!
It's absolutely gorgeous, I've just made it up and I'm right fussy about my chilli, will be back tonight for me if I can get it!!Beware!!!! Glitching is addictive:rotfl:0 -
TESCO SUNFLOWER OIL HEALTH AND SAFETY PROBLEM. please read and find out more
Tesco CS just told me there was an issue with this Sunflower oil and it has been retracked from sale as there is a health and safety problem with this product. So when I asked what the problem was there was no clear reply. I don't feel very save putting this in my car now as there might be a problem with the product. I bought one yesterday as well and she said that should be from a different delivery so should be OKAY.
She didn't convince me so I thought I call CS again to find out what the problem is.
Second story I have been told is that preoduct should be fine but the label has a problem. Asking what problem they couldn't tell direct. So if I buy one tomorrow it should be a different label? Yes Sir that is correct. So all stores shouldn't been selling these at the moment? Yes. So what about the other store I went too today as well where they still had some in stock? Oh they should have retracted them from sale sir.
All in all I am being told porky pies by CS can you if you read this please call 0800505555 and raise your concerns regarding the product. Please write down what you have been told as I am sure you get a different story all together.
I talked too Matthew so if answers just redail and hopefully you get someone else on the phone.
