Out of stock in caernarfon and been taken off shelves in Bangor
Did get 7 tins of chilli in Caernarfon (didn't look for them in Bangor) but as they were right at the back of the bottom shelf I had to get on my hands and knees 2 reach them! Good job it was quiet in there at the time!
Also got 6 packs of olives in Caernarfon, plenty more left there too.0 -
Gardening glitch not working in Surrey
Also Sunflower Oil taken off the shelves (shelf marked 28p) - a note on shelf saying it's on hold till 9/6/20112014: Beaulieu Family Ticket, Pregnancy Massage, Nuby Weaning Kit
2011 was my luckiest year so far!

Plenty sunflower oil in Danestone Aberdeen. I also was able to tell an elderly couple about the bargain. They were looking at dearer stuff. They were delighted.

i was in about 11.30 am. There was a load and they were definitely 28p. No price at all on them so I used the scanner to double check.wishuponastar wrote: »Really?! were there lots today globetraveller?? I went in yesterday pm and got one to try, walked to pricechecker and it scanned at 28p and picked up ten bottles as i had a basket only. Then decided that i would get some more so took a trolley in as my deep fat fryer takes 5 litres. Did you try price scanning it today instore?
Literally five mins after i had been to that shelf i went got a trolley and it had been completely cleared. I thought it was by shop staff....but if they have refilled it today could be another MSEr??

Thank you OP/Tescos! Went there today, no olives and I couldn't see any offer on sunflower oil. However I only went for the Chilli and it was 10p on the shelf! It's great because I love making Chilli so I've saved a lot. I could only carry 5 tins but I might go back later. Hope it's nice though
Bonus for me, went to the self-scan and someone had left £2 in the coin return so I ended up gaining more than I spent!0
