Does anyone know if you can let other people use these passes, I know they say they are none transferable, but 12 visits to Alton Towers is a lot!

Mine arrived today with a letter telling me that if I cannot use them tbyt he end of the year to send them back for re-issue

As you just have to insert the tickets into the barrier scanner anyone can use them.

I recieved my tickets today.. and i was also glad to see any tickets i have left that i do not use before 11/02/2011 can be sent back and exchanged for new tickets for the 2012 season !!! ....

I received mine today and they're even better than expected. Because it said you won 12 family passes I assumed that my kids would be too old to be part of the family ticket and we'd have to use 2 passes but the tickets are individual ones for all ages :j:j:j
