We've booked a hotel near Windsor for 15 July so we could go to Legoland. We can't afford to go without these tickets, so hope they come soon.

I haven't phoned or e-mailed as it does say in the T&C's that they guarantee they will be sent by 31 July.

I got an email stating that they would be sent out shortly, that was over 2 weeks ago...

I spoke to Stephen yesterday at Mastercard he assures me the tickets are being sent out next week.

Hi Guys, just to let you know have received my tickets today from mastercard. some of them expire beginning of november,but there is a letter that says if you dont use them all by then, can send them to their contact and they will be exchanged for tickets that expire june 2012. hopefully you will all get your tickets now, they had to be signed for and our normal postie brought them . xx

I received mine today too :j.
